I purchased a new home and without much to furnish it with – I needed help. I work a lot and was overwhelmed with the amount of decisions I needed to make so I called Monarch & Maker, and I couldn’t be happier.
From the start, they understood my vision and worked within my budget. The design team was efficient and creative, making the most of my space with the right mixture of modern and masculine. When I was hesitant, they guided me to the right design choices for me, without any pressure. Alex and the design team at Monarch and Maker did it again! They really impressed us during our latest master suite/bathroom remodel. Our new area is a dream! The selections were spot on, and the usability of our newly designed bathroom is off the charts.

Monarch and Maker from initial design to finish was awesome. The ultimate professionals. We started prior to the pandemic and finished the biggest of the phases in the middle with the last phase starting shortly thereafter. (The only reason they did phases was to work within my schedule.) Communication was always critical, and they performed with what looked like ease. Whatever the unforeseen and unimaginable items arose, they were there letting me know updates and new timelines.
I always got 3-4 options to choose from and if asked for their opinion they always gave me theirs and what they think I’d like the best if different from theirs. They thought of items and recommended things I’d never have thought of or knew existed.
The finished product is unbelievable! Everyone that comes over to my house is amazed how it looks. Those that saw it before and those that never did. It truly is a masterpiece. I highly recommend them to anyone and will be a reference forever.
I can’t thank the whole team—Allison, Alex, Adrienne, Kim, Maria, and all the crews I saw and did not see behind the scenes—enough. They are the best and never changed throughout. Anything I would want in the future for minor additions to what they mastered here I will definitely be contacting them.

We had a room built and an ac unit installed. Soon after the build, we had to have Tipler tear out of a wall because of the leaking AC unit. Every 2 to 4 months, this terrible unit malfunctions in a different way. After weeks of trying to get them to inspect it (every time we call it takes weeks), instead of replacing the unit, Tipler just puts a bandaid on it. And every time they come out they promise that if they have to come out again, they will replace it. Still waiting. Don’t hire them

Unfortunately in construction, specifically renovations, there can be unexpected circumstances that must be handled strategically and when there are client concerns, we do strive to take all steps necessary to achieve a resolution.
When your project was completed six years ago, we verified that measures were taken to ensure the quality of the equipment installed by our vendors. For each and every project when appropriate, we do this by first requiring vendors to provide a warranty and second by offering a service contract, which clients may accept or decline. Despite your decision to decline the service contract, we continually addressed your service call requests as a courtesy.
When there are additional client concerns beyond warranty or annual service, we typically hire an independent contractor to confirm the installation method is per guidelines or industry standard. For your project, the independent contractor verified that it was in fact installed correctly with the unit’s guideline. As a last step to achieve resolution once a products warranty has expired, we then work with our clients to transfer projects to a general liability insurance company. We hope that you've found their process to be satisfactory thus far and we’ll continue to assist them as needed.
We have many clients who hire us again and again and have provided glowing recommendations. We take our work and client satisfaction very seriously and will continue to do so.

Crimson Design Associates has done outstanding work. The jobs that we saw that they had done were very much the way we wanted to go and their process was very appealing to us. We did not get to move forward with our plans due to unexpected circumstances but feel they would be an asset for anyone with decorating needs.

My husband and I partnered with Aimee Eversole and team at Crimson Design Associates to assist us with our new contemporary home construction build. The project entailed consultation on all architectural drawings and selections including flooring, paint, lighting, plumbing, cabinet design, countertops, mirrors, hardware, etc. in addition to interior furniture layouts and selections. We couldn't be happier with the end result! While our new home is very livable, it is also magazine-ready gorgeous! Aimee and team helped steer us in the right direction coming from a very traditional home to a more modern setting.
The design team is extremely talented, well organized and prepared, providing us options to consider every step of the way. Aimee's a great listener and super customer-focused. The overall experience was exceptional and I would HIGHLY recommend Aimee and the team on any design initiative.

We lived in our home for 19 years with very minimal updates. When we came to Crimson, everything needed to be repaired and remodeled.
Our first intentions were to update the kitchen, fix all the broken faucets, water leaks, and make sure we didn’t have any structural problems behind the walls. We never realized the potential our home could express. Crimson has very talented designers coupled with expertise in construction. They simplified the remodeling process by offering us quality choices without overwhelming us with the details. There’s excellence in this company and their unique ability to capture and express the style of the owners. They truly exceeded our expectations. And there was a pleasant surprise factor, as everything came together beautifully. We plan to utilize Crimson again in the future, and not wait another 19 years!

Crimson did a remodel/design for us several years ago, and when we recently purchased another house, we hired them again. Their work is phenomenal and we couldn't be more pleased. Micah gave us ideas that greatly enhanced what we had asked for. Once again, we are beyond pleased at the quality of work and professionalism throughout the process. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Micah and her team of designers. Our project has been complicated for reasons beyond their control and I have appreciated the extra effort the Crimson team has put forth to help us with the process.
Micah is extremely responsive, thorough and best of all, personable. Furthermore, she has taken the time on multiple occasions to explain various complicated aspects of the design and building process. I very much appreciate that Micah herself has been mindful of our budget. She offered many suggestions for various products and applications that were 'budget friendly' while maintaining the integrity of the design.

This group was absolutely phenomenal to work with. They are very professional, came up with some great designs, and were easy to work with. It took 3 attempts initially to get a project started with them; however, once the design agreement was completed, everything kicked into action and within a few weeks, all had been designed for me. They also followed up several time afterwards to ensure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend this company. Just know, you may have to input some effort into getting a call back to get a project started because they stay very busy, but they are worth the extra effort.

We bought a house that needed updating and turned to Crimson for vision and cohesion in design. As we are watching it come together, I can say that they delivered an amazing design! I worked closely with Aimee Eversole and was continually pleased and impressed with her responsiveness, professionalism and how well she LISTENED to my opinion and vision. I tend to flip-flop between options, and she rolled with it beautifully, giving guidance and weighing choices. They were efficient with budget and when hiccups arose (e.g.,materials weren't in stock as quickly as we wanted them), they overcame them without a blink. I highly recommend Crimson Design. They were a true pleasure to work with -- we'll be back!

The crimson team remodeled and furnished my 50 year old Houston Memorial home. The result was unique and totally individual to my style and family living needs. Micah Tipler of Crimson Design is a consummate professional, but also made the process enjoyable, even fun! She and her team made everything easy and really listened to my comments and found ways to offer creative solutions to various issues that are bound to arise in a home of that age. As a licensed architect, I have to be able to trust who can finish out the luxury homes that I design and keep the design intent intact. Crimson Design is at the top of the list. Not only do they keep the intent, but they take it to a whole another level and truly bring the designs to life.
Their team of professionals are first class and really know all aspects of interior design - architecture styles, latest trends, material selections, details, etc. - and organize it all in a simple format for everyone to understand. The process is wonderful for all parties involved which, in my opinion, is needed for any successful construction project.

I approached the Crimson team to help me furnish my home and they have been fantastic in every regard. They simply asked me what colors I liked best- and from there created an interior that is stunning! Crimson Design is a full-service design firm with a wide range of experience from commercial development, hospitality to high-end residential. They are led by Micah Tipler who is both talented from a design standpoint but also very adept at project management and helping ensure projects stay on track from inception to completion.
The design team at Crimson is professional, devoted and each brings a wide range of experience to bear. As a supplier, I have always enjoyed working with them and any visit to their office and you will quickly understand that they are a driven group, working extremely diligently to deliver a very high quality product to their clientele. If I were a developer, hotel owner or looking for design direction on a high-end residential project I would certainly recommend them for their design acumen, integrity and attention to detail.

The Designers at Crimson are very easy and pleasant to work with. Their knowledge and experience is what really sets them apart however. Regardless of who your work with, they all will collaborate with the other members of their team, so you get the combined experience of a staff of designers working on your project.
This is a great place to get the latest in motorized window coverings for your home. Their selection of Hunter Douglas products gives you the largest selection of motorized window coverings on the market.

I have worked with Crimson Design for years and they have the most amazing design team which I have had the pleasure of working with. Everyone is not only detail oriented, professional and prompt, but they are always on the cutting edge of design, setting the trends with true style and wow factor. We needed a design/build firm who could remodel the kitchen, paint the house, install & refinish the floors, etc. before we moved in. Micah and her design team took care of every detail while we lived in another State. Micah is a consummate professional with an excellent eye for design and a creative approach to her work. She always offered a few options of solutions for any of our concerns. We felt 100% comfortable that our home was in good hands while we lived away. We are very pleased with the results and would wholeheartedly recommend Micah and her firm. We will use them again for other projects.

I would recommend Micah and the team at Crimson Design Associates whole-heartedly and without hesitation. We have been very pleased with the remodel of our kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer, and staircase from start to finish, including design, implementation, and follow up.
The firm spent ample time with me during the planning stages of our project to ensure they understood what we wanted and our style and preferences. They also recommended several options that we had not thought of and gave us a very competitive pricing package with these optional add-ons.
We were extremely impressed with Crimson Design Associates’ efficient planning and scheduling of the work and their attention to detail, as well as their ability to manage the project in a timely manner and the high quality of the materials and work completed. I felt we were in good hands when we left Crimson to manage our remodel project while we took a family vacation and came home to a beautifully remodeled and clean house.

Crimson Design Associates recently remodeled and furnished a cottage that our company is using for on-site sales and development offices. The entire Crimson Design team was exceptional through the entire process and we knew we were going to get great results from the initial consultation visit. The transformation from the outdated structure with furniture to our now modern, elegant, and functional cottage is simply amazing. From the design team, to the project foreman, and numerous sub-contractors, they were all very patient, professional, helpful, and extremely detailed. Micah and one of her design associates, Aimee, kept us informed and communicated each step of the process from the beginning to the final placement of furniture and fixtures, so we were never in doubt as to what was needing to be done in order to be move-in ready. We are so pleased with the results and the entire process, that we have decided to use Crimson Design Associates to design all of our interiors and furnishings for all of the custom built product within our development!

I hired them to redecorate and redesign my new home. The team was very organized and very efficient. We did one walk through and I met with them within 24hours with options of designs, furniture, and accessories. They completed the project in the estimated time. I felt well informed about the process with frequent email updates. They were present when materials were delivered to ensure the merchandise was not damaged. As a physician and a surgeon, I am very busy and needed a team I could trust and didn't need to micromanage. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great team work. Great communication and job well done. We plan to hire them again for new projects for our house.

We selected Crimson Design Associates to renovate the interior of our newly purchased home. There were two months from the time of closing until our move in date. During that time we were living in another part of the country and trusted Crimson Design Associates to project manage the renovation in our absence. They reviewed our current home to determine our style and made suggestions to incorporate our style as well as our existing furniture into our new home. We thought a trip or two may be necessary in between but we were pleased that all decisions could be made remotely greatly in part to the effective communication with their designers. With a tight schedule and the holidays to work around there were several obstacles but they made it work. On move-in day when we walked into our home our expectations were more than exceeded. It felt like "home". We've received and continue to receive many compliments. Those who knew the home before we owned it really appreciated the transformation because it looks like an entirely different home. The transformation was incredible! We worked with a few of their designers and they were all wonderful. I highly recommend Crimson Design Associates for design needs.

Crimson Design Associates recently completed a major remodel of our thirty-five year old home. Throughout the process, the team took a very hands-on approach, constantly checking the work and communicating the progress of the project to us. The company's project manager aided tremendously in assuring that the remodel ran efficiently.
When unexpected problems arose (which we anticipated based on our experience remodeling a previous home), a team member explained them thoroughly, offered options for resolving them, and took care of them in a timely manner to our complete satisfaction.
The advice we received on selecting flooring, colors, furnishings, light fixtures, etc. was invaluable. The design team has a wonderful knowledge and intuitive sense of how to combine the owner's personal tastes with the style of the house and achieve beautiful results.
Crimson Design Associates will be handling the next phase of our renovation by designing and constructing an outdoor living space, including a pool, covered patio, and outdoor kitchen. We highly recommend Crimson Design Associates to anyone wanting to improve and/or update their home, no matter how small or large the project.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Crimson. I hired them to completely renovate a 30 year old house. Throughout the process, they were all dependable, accessible, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The house looks amazing and I am confident in the quantity of the work. I highly recommended them.

My husband and I recently completed a renovation to our home using Crimson Design Associates. Micah and her associates couldn't have been more professional. Our renovation included adding a balcony, with a fireplace, a pergola, changes to the existing summer kitchen and furnishing the outside living area. The work was completed on time and under budget. It was done while we were away for the summer and I was very comfortable with allowing access to our home while we were away. We returned home to a completely different outside living space and yet the work was seamless, as if it had been added when the house was first built. It is warm, cozy and inviting. We love to use this area to entertain and relax by ourselves. I believe the success of the project was due to the communication, trust and understanding we had with Crimson and Associates. I look forward to working with this team again in the future.

Crimson Design did the interiors for my living room and my daughter's bedroom in 2011 and since then has furnished my study this year. Micah and her Staff are very professional and knowledgeable and listen to what you would like done. They then use their expertise to incorporate a lot of what you requested but put their professional touch into the design.
I would highly recommend Crimson Design. They are a pleasure to work with.
