Karen from Mountain Log Homes and Interiors helped us with a full remodel of an 800 square foot Colorado mountain condominium. We asked for a mountain modern style (not the typical Colorado mountain decor). The condo was built in the 1970's and had very little remodeling done to it before our purchase! Karen's design met our expectations exactly and brought the condo up to date. She helped us make best use of the small space by incorporating a Murphy bed into the living room. Karen worked well with the general contractor and suppliers and made design suggestions that allowed us to purchase furniture on our own.

Karen Wray and her team were recommended to us by our agent, Laurie Williams from RE/Max in Breckenridge Colorado. We bought a 4 bedroom, 5 bath duplex in Dillon, Colorado. Because we live in Virginia, we needed someone to decorate our new home. Karen discussed with us our taste in furniture and accent pieces. She captured our vision perfectly. We are absolutely thrilled with our home because of Karen and her team! She is professional, caring, and strives for perfection. Karen did a complete remodel. 2300 sq ft home built in 1981. Bathrooms, kitchen, wood floor installation, Painting, door hardware, new blinds, etc. She not only picked materials and colors but acted as general contractor. The subs were excellent and she insured they were responsive whenever there were issues they needed to address. We are thrilled with the design and the end product.She provided a complete budget before work began and completed on budget even though I added some additional work in the process. I would highly recommend Karen and her team at Mountain Log Homes.

Karen has loads of experience and many contacts in the business that she can draw from to make the project a success. Have patience, custom takes time.

3 bathrooms were remodeled entirely and 1 powder room had the sink updated. Master bath was completely redone - everything replaced. Upstairs master - bathtub removed and replaced with shower - everything else replaced. Downstairs bath - everything replaced and pedestal sink from powder room moved to this bathroom. Powder room - new sink/vanity installed. The project took longer than expected - some deadlines were not met but the results were spectacular. We couldn't be happier with the completed renovations. The bathrooms are all now completely modern and have unique aspects to them that blend completely with a mountain home. The designer is very talented and the contractor was very easy to work with. I would have given 5 stars if the the job had been completed on time.

While building our new mountain home, Karen did a fantastic job keeping us on track. She kept us to a workable timeframe. What helped the very most was that we selected products and views that we liked on Houzz and then Karen found several choices for us to select. Then Karen did all the purchasing and delivery schedules. I was nervous about building a custom home from out of state but with Karen's guidance and assistance the whole process was very enjoyable. Karen really got to know our style and she was able to narrow down our choices. Our whole project turned out just as we hoped it would.

Karen Wray designed and oversaw a complete kitchen, foyer and media room remodeling project at our Breckenridge vacation home. Her efforts resulted in a significant modernization of our circa 1985 home that featured adobe tile floors and counter tops, poorly designed cabinets, wasted space and poor sightlines. She also successfully suggested modern lighting and window treatments for the living room. We were pleased with her recommendations for design, color schemes, appliances, furniture, floor tile, window coverings, etc. The project was completed within the quoted budget and was completed within the timeframe projected at the start.

Karen Wray with Mountain Log Homes and Interiors did an amazing job decorating our Pioneer Log Home in Breckenridge Colorado. This is a second home and the project was primarily done from a very long distance. She is very insightful with her decorating because she really gets to know you and your family and utilizes this information to help formulate the decorating style and functionality of the home. She spent a lot of time getting to know us and was not only very particular in regard to the style of furnishings but also made sure the furniture would be comfortable for us all the way down to the height and depth of the chairs and couches which is important since we are short and not all furniture is comfortable for us. She was very cognizant of our budget and kept the project well within the guidelines we requested. She is amazingly organized and was able to put together an entire house of furnishings from furniture and window coverings all the way down to silverware and place settings. I cannot say enough good things about Karen and Mountain Log Homes and Interiors. She made our dream log home in Colorado a truly amazing place for us to share with our family and friends.

Karen Wray and company helped us greatly with upgrading our two condos in River Run, Keystone, Co. Services included her consultation with us to fully understand the scope of work, our style and expectations. She supplied recommendations and quotations, including images of proposed furniture, fixtures, decor and artwork and, upon our approval, Karen handled the procurement and installation of all selected items. A full turn-key service. Karen's knowledge, remodeling style and experience are excellent. She is easy to work with, even long distance via phone and emails, and we are most pleased with our working relationship. We plan to work with her again in the spring.r

Hi, I hired Mountain Log Homes & Interiors to remodel a condo I purchased in Keystone. The condo was built in the mid-90s and let's just say it looked like it was built in the mid-90s. Karen is absolutely incredible and we have already made plans to hire her to do more work for us. She was recommended to us by our real estate agent and we are thrilled with everything she did for us. I had 3 long-distance telephone calls with Karen to describe what we were looking when we hired her to renovate our Breckenridge ski-in, ski-out condo. (We are very busy and we weren't able to travel meet in person to discuss). We put our faith in her and she completely blew us away.
