Mountain Concierge is above the rest. I have worked with Shannon on multiple projects as her electrician and she sets the bar for quality and delivery above anyone I've worked for. The difference with Shannon is that she truly cares about her clients on an individual basis and wants to give each one a unique experience based on their personal needs and wants. Her communication skills and ease to work with are at the top of the mountain peak. A true and passionate professional with coast to coast experience. Wow. Incredible. Words can't describe the performance by Mountain Concierge and Shannon Murphy. It is hard enough designing, furnishing and coordinating a home. Add the element of the home being thousands of miles away and the complication factor goes through the roof. Shannon was a true professional. Highly skilled and never gets rattled. She was organized, meticulous and a complete pleasure to work with. She made sure the clocks run on time and when they didn't, she had a solution. She was creative. A real problem solver. She knows everyone in the area and isn't afraid to call them in when necessary. I am a planner and a worrier - she took both of those responsibilities and let me sleep at night. Shannon Murphy has been fabulous to work with! We purchased a new construction townhome in Avon Colorado. Shannon helped us choose furnishings that were both beautiful, appropriate to the design of the home and for a family with grandchildren. She is cost sensitive, knowing when to add statement pieces and balancing with lower cost items. She kept on top of order deadlines, delivery schedules and was on site to receive deliveries. Additionally, Shannon is readily accessible - always quickly responding to calls and emails. She advocates with vendors if there are issues. She anticipates items that will make us more comfortable before we have even thought of them. I was grateful that she encouraged me to explore and found pieces that will last in addition to working with my budget. While she furnishes and designs high-end multi-million dollar homes, she gave me the same level of professionalism and personal attention within my budget. I respect her and appreciate her candor and honesty and her open personable manner. Shannon is an amazing designer. The very first day we met her, she listened to our overall concept for our house and our tastes in general, and she immediately started pulling things together. In no time at all, she pulled together the entire house, from floor to ceiling. She expertly started with hardwood colors and tiles, then moved on to area rug colors & styles, counter tops, then furniture for each room, and ultimately window coverings. It was amazing to watch it all come together, seemingly effortless. She even fixed some poor placement of inside stone we made with our builder before meeting her. Our home is simply amazing because of her. We are forever grateful. Thank you so much Shannon!

I came into The Showroom to view some of Denver's fine furniture and met Shannon Murphy at the design counter. I was pleased with her furniture knowledge and soon found she was a big fan of the company I work for, Ackerman and Sons Workshop. Shannon has a love for antiques also.
