I enjoyed working with Nanette on furnishing an area in my dining room. I connected with Nanette remotely on the Ethan Allen chat and she understood right away what I was trying to do, as well as, understanding the aesthetic of my home by simply looking at a few of my pictures. She suggested pieces of furniture and decor through the online chat that would arrive within 2-4 weeks. She also created an image of the area with the new furnishings which helped me visualize the finished look. She chose items that mixed finishes and blended so perfectly with each other and the rest of my home. This was all done remotely which made it very easy for me. In addition, she kept in touch with me to make sure I was happy with the items upon delivery. Overall, working with Nanette was a very positive experience.

Nanette helped me create a beautiful new living space for my home. From the furniture and fabric selection to the use of space. She was very helpful and patient with all questions and concerns I had. I would highly recommend her for any design projects you may have. In fact I will continue to use her expertise when I am ready to change my decor in another area.

My husband and I first met Nanette in June, 2025. We were planning on re-decorating our living room and dining room and replacing 40 year old furniture. We were looking for a completely different look. We had already purchased two upholstered chairs and now had to design around them. We had never worked with a designer before. It didn't take long for Nanette to get a sense of what we were looking for. She visited our home, taking pictures and measurements and then created detailed renderings of the two rooms. The renderings incorporated our already-purchased chairs with her suggestions for the rest of the two rooms. We loved the results and before very long had placed the order. We found Nanette to be knowledgeable and insightful. She applied her expertise along with her ability to familiarize herself with our vision in order to achieve the results that we are absolutely thrilled with. Once the furniture was delivered, Nanette contacted us to find out if we were pleased. She visited our home once again to see the results for herself. She helped us tweak some of the furniture placement and gave us further guidance with accessorizing the furniture and advising us on wall hangings. Nanette was pleasant and easy to work with. We recommend working with Nanette to achieve the most beautiful results for your home.

I was very pleased with Nanette's design of my dining room and living room. The outcome was beautiful because of her expertise in determining space requirements, selecting decorative items, colors, lighting and furniture. It was exciting to see the room designs on the screen and view swatches before we began. She listened to my vision and style with strong attention to detail and creative flair. My husband and I had a great experience working with Nanette to, totally redo our living room and purchase a dining room rug. She came to our home and explored our preferences in a non intrusive manner. She is all about possibilities, she showed us different styles and complementary pieces in a non directive manner. We thought we knew what we wanted when we first met with her, but went in a different direction after working with her and seeing many more options. Picking fabrics was overwhelming, but Nanette worked with us on every pattern I picked, weighing identifying pros and potential issues. We went with Nanette's recommendations for side tables, coffee table, ottoman and accessories. We love the new light and modern vibe of our living room, it is beautiful and have to thank Nanette for helping us achieve it, we couldn't have done it her!

We couldn't be happier with Nanette's designs for our fully renovated Long Beach townhouse! A recent downsize meant blending the old and new--and we needed A LOT of new. We also needed it to coordinate and work well with furniture and belongings we were keeping so that rooms would flow nicely and feel like they were part of one, cohesive home. We didn't know where to start but Nanette came to our home, took notes and measurements, listened to our needs and wants, then got to work designing and selecting everything we needed to create great spaces in our living room and bedroom/home office. And I mean EVERYTHING. From area rugs to furniture to artwork to window treatments. We walked out of Ethan Allen having purchased all we needed to make our new address and very empty townhouse feel like a home. Yes, I do admit to some mild purchase anxiety as we then waited for our order. But even before we were expecting it, we got the call that much of our order was ready for delivery and Nanette was there to make sure everything was placed exactly as she had designed it. We loved everything immediately and can't wait for the rest of the items to come in! Nanette has made the process of putting together a home for new empty nesters so easy for us and we highly recommend her!
