Nari was a perfect partner in redecorating my living room. I gave very broad direction: "Masculine, Modern, A Touch of South Beach." I also shared that I had very little time and would need to lean on her for making arrangements, receiving deliveries, overseeing the handyman's work, etc. She nailed it at every step. She has great taste and made it easy for me to make selections from a group of offerings. She kept me true to the vision throughout. I'm wildly pleased with the outcomes and -- based on my social media postings -- she wow'ed others too. She also made it easy, as promised. Nari helped us with the nursery for our first baby. Our ask of her was to design a space that both fittingly pretty and playful for a baby girl, but also warm and sophisticated. We didn't want the room to look like a Baby's R Us. With her mix of warm colors, comfortable furniture for adults and kids, sensible and aesthetically pleasing storage, smart appliances, and with pops of modern art and colorful books, she really delivered. It's become a room that my family loves to spend time in, even without the baby!

The process was professional, aligned with my needs, detailed throughout the design process, and fun in our collaboration. I had bought and moved into a new home that needed to reflect my aesthetic and lifestyle. I was going for a bit Scandinavian, clean but masculine. Nari took the time to understand my needs and then executed a beautiful, family friendly, functional living room. Our first meeting took place early November, by mid-January I had a completed living room that we are very happy with. Keeping in mind, the holidays, and shipping delays, this was accomplished in a timely fashion. Nari stays on top of the project, she is not one to put anything on hold. I highly recommend her.

It was a great pleasure working with Nari for the past couple months! We started our initial conversations with Nari back in March and now we have completed our project on time before the end of summer. We live in a one bedroom apt with a small study, with the baby coming this fall we wanted to make our space more efficient in every way possible! Nari gave us great recommendations, she was creative in suggesting different solutions. From a brilliant living/dining room light to the art details of the nursery. She really was a great help in setting everything up for us. Nari is extremely organized and professional, she's diligent in following up and keeping the project timeline on track. With the project budget, she was flexible and worked with us to allocate our budget for the right items and fixes. We were able to accomplish what we wanted for less than what we had budget for! With a small NYC space, we now feel very much at home. Highly recommend working with Nari of any of your projects big or small!

Nari consulted on the redesign of my bedroom last winter. It was a very easy process; Nari was warm, professional. She started out by understanding my needs (items that I'd like to purchase/reset) and color/design preferences, then provided several options within my budget for consideration. When I provided feedback on her selections, she was quick to provide alternatives that ended up perfect for what I needed. The room turned out great!

Working with Nari was a breeze! She had great design ideas for our space - a triplex in Manhattan that was undergoing basically a gut renovation - and managed to do a lot within our specified budget. She helped us understand key decorating concepts (such as flow, lighting, warmth) and made our home unique and comfortable. Not once did she pressure us into purchasing an item that we were uncertain about - in fact she did the opposite by helping mediate differing opinions between my boyfriend and I, and sourced items that would be easy to return if we were not satisfied. Nari showed us design concepts that we would not have otherwise considered for our space - such as textured wall paper, new lighting ideas and original artwork (all firsts for us!). The entire decorating process was fun, and the result is a daily joy. I highly recommend Nari if you're looking for a responsive, thoughtful and proactive interior designer who has an eye for livable, functional style.

Nari was fantastic to work with -- even over long distance! She made our cookie-cutter suburban home feel like "ours", even embodying our passions for travel and wine in a family-friendly way.
