Nelima Designs, on two occasions worked on renovations at my home. The first was when we renovated our 1930’s bungalow, where we added a second story as well as updated the function and flow of our home. After going over initial drawings, Nelima listened intently to our needs and concerns and made suggestions and recommendations that to this day draws attention and praise from all those who enter our home for the first time. The second time we called upon Nelima Designs was to update the look of our family room. Nelima respected budgetary limits and made the best use of the limited funds. Nelima’s modifications and enhancements on the initial architectural drawings were very creative. The builder ended up incorporating many of her ideas. Nelima Designs was instrumental in issuing the artistic integrity of the home. Nelima made herself available at every step of the project from fending urgent meetings with builders to trouble shooting designs onsite, and best of all she did all this within our budget! To this day the custom designed wall unit in our family room receives comments from guests about its aesthetics. Nelima was always available to answer questions and work with contractors to achieve bespoke details. The end result of all the renovations was Nelima Designs having created a place that I love to come home to at the end of a hard days’ work!

I have been referred to Nelima by a well known interior designer in Toronto to provide my professional services (photography) to her. I have felt delighted to work for Nelima, enjoying every moment of mutual cooperation in order to obtain the results she expected. We exchanged ideas and options at ease. After doing the initial interiors photo shoot, she wanted me to organize a portraiture session in which we both felt comfortable and relaxed. We were both really happy with the outcome. Nelima knows the importance and power of good photography. Looking forward to photograph further projects for her.
