We found Tracy here on houzz while looking for inspiration for an office space we were preparing for our growing company. Her portfolio captured the style we were looking to achieve and felt confident she'd be a great designer to partner with for this project. When we met in the unfinished office space she was attentive and dedicated to our vision of how the space needed to feel. After a few short weeks she presented her ideas to us. I'll be honest and say she took me by surprise with some of the selections. However, after some overnight consideration, what occurred to me, is that she understood what the space needed and was able to perfectly extract my vision and turn it into a tangible masterpiece. Thanks to Tracy's help, our office space was featured in The Boston Globe and has won us a 2020 Contractor of The Year award. Tracy and her team work diligently to find the right components and we found ourselves seeking her approval for ideas we had for the space. She is incredibly talented which is evident by her diversified portfolio. Working in our office space is a daily inspiration and a reminder of how grateful we are for choosing her to work with us.

Tracy and her team have been working with us for over 5 years as we have slowly renovated and updated our home. Working with Tracy was one of the highlights of our home project. She came onto the team when we were overwhelmed and she quickly put together a plan to put us on track. Tracy not only helped us complete each step of the design process for our home but she worked together with us to ensure that our style and taste was reflected in our new home. I had never worked with an interior designer before and not only was Tracy a pleasure to work with but she made the process enjoyable. When I was feeling overwhelmed she quickly calmed me down. When there were a couple bumps in the road with vendors she completely managed the situation and we got the resolution we needed. We are working on our third home with Tracy. Needless to say we love her aesthetic and her professionalism. She is very good at listening to the client. I have been impressed with her ability to work with unique items that mean a lot to us and to meld different styles beautifully. She always keeps an eye on budget and helps you to spend on special items that make a room. And on top of all that, she is fun to be with. I can't imagine working with anyone else. Tracy is a rare find. She is IMMENSELY talented, creative, bright, professional but also totally down-to-earth, funny, and personable. Frankly she should be an "It" designer but I think she is too modest to toot her own horn. I've worked with Tracy for about 15 years now. I almost cannot make a design move without her. I just trust her eye. She also helps to chill me out when I get all worked up. Oh, lastly, her attention to detail with regards to business is EXCEPTIONAL. She calls when she says she will, shows up on time, does what she says she will. She gets deadlines and budgets and time management. Sadly that aspect of dealing with people nowadays is becoming a lost art.

Tracy was such a joy to work with. She helped me create a TV room that will withstand the wear and tear of three little ones, and that is on trend with an industrial but still inviting feel. She worked around our larger furniture pieces we had already purchased and was patient with me as I made decisions. She added great value by really insisting on things I may not have deemed important -- like having a color scheme that flowed with the adjoining rooms, or a circular coffee table that was round to offset lots of rectangular shapes, or certain pillow patterns. She also listened to the things that were important to me and incorporated those elements in her design. She was very flexible and didn't flinch at our relatively modest budget. She was very professional and you will benefit from her extensive experience in this trade. Overall, I highly recommend her!

nest + company helped complete a home renovation for us that we were so happy with that we hired them again when we moved. All promises are kept, and communication is prompt. Tracy Parkinson does not push her own aesthetic, but works with her clients respectfully and comfortably. I highly recommend nest + company for both large and small design jobs.
