New South Home

My fiancé and I had a great experience working with Brenna Morgan and the New South Home team this past year. We redesigned the entire first floor of our home from dining room to living room to home office space. Brenna’s professionalism coupled with her industry knowledge brought our vision to life. More importantly, Brenna listened so well to what we were looking for and then really enhanced that vision with her creativity and energy. Brenna partnered with us very well on a budget, project delivery dates and she kept us informed all along the way. We could not be more pleased with the final results. Brenna listened to our vision and really helped us create the living spaces we were hoping for - warm, inviting, and reflective of our own artistic vision. Just a fantastic experience overall!

Melissa and Sandy with New South Home were wonderful to work with. Our den needed a total update and they were able to completely capture my style even when I was not 100% sure what I was looking for when we started. They listened to my input for colors, fabrics, and furniture and narrowed down my choices to just a few that I loved. For our "living room", Melissa listened to how I saw the family actually using the room and transformed it into a study. She was able to take me slightly out of my comfort zone to create what is now my favorite room in the house. I love both rooms and have already started thinking about our next project together! I highly recommend New South because they make the process easy and the results are fabulous.

Melissa is a fabulous designer! There are no other words for her along with her amazing team. Earlier this year, my husband and I decided to renovate our home and had no idea where to start with the design and decor. We needed all the help we could find, while staying within a budget. Thankfully, I found Melissa! She kept us updated every step of the way and truly listened to our design wants and needs, which is what I LOVED most about her! She catered to our style and the schedule to meet our deadlines with our contractor during the renovation process. Melissa has a gift with interior design and added really cool and chic aspects to our project, making the design plan unique and special to us as a family. Melissa along with her team stayed on top of every aspect of the process. If anything needed to be problem-solved, they were there each step of the way ensuring the install of the furniture went smoothly. Their top priority was making sure we loved our home. We couldn’t be more happy with the results. Our home is everything we have ever wanted it to be and more... and most importantly she stayed within our budget! Highly recommend!

Terrific attention to detail and very personalized service! Highly recommend! Melissa helped us with furniture and fabric for our new home renovation. She pulled our family room together at an affordable price for us. Even found us a rug that was a steal and brought all the colors together.

Melissa and her team at New South Home are just fabulous. We have a challenging octagon shaped home and needed to completely redo our master bedroom & living room. After a quick conversation about our tastes & colors, Melissa was able put together an idea board that was exactly what we had in mind but failed to find on our own. Her eye for color and finding pieces that complement each other is second to none. We live in Florida so she went above and beyond finding local storage & delivery options for us to allow for a single delivery and setup. We did have a minor issue with the delivery and this is where you want Melissa & Sandy working for you! We did not have the time nor the insight on how to handle this on our own. Melissa is a true professional and gets the job done right! We also opted for window treatments for the master and an office. Again, Melissa selected a style that was simple yet elegant and really brought the room together. She oversaw the installation as well which was so important as we wanted to make sure the drapes and hardware were installed at the proper height with the proper look. The fabric is beautiful and timeless and we are so happy with how everything came together. We absolutely love our new look and have received so many complements from friends and family over the holidays. Thank you so much Melissa & Sandy!

Melissa was great to work with for designing a new look for our family room as well as helping with some color changes in our kitchen and keeping room. She kept in mind my personal taste and desire to keep a few things as they were, while providing a new creative and fresh look that our entire family now enjoys! I loved the way that Melissa and Sandy provided several choices for me to give some input on different furniture pieces for example. Our new room is fresh and inviting, but more importantly comfortable for our family of six. I plan to use New South Home for other projects hopefully soon!

She walked our home with us, listened to our thoughts and ideas. And from that initial meeting, she created a design plan we fell in love with. We used Melissa and her team for a large overhaul of our home which included master bedroom, dining room, office, kitchen, foyer and powder room. She was very professional, upfront about cost/fees and respected the budget we set. The contractors Melissa works with (woodwork, painter, electrician, drapery/picture hanging) were all excellent and wonderful to work with as well. She is highly organized, thorough and thoughtful. We highly recommend the New South Home team!!
