We recently had our bathroom renovated by Sylvia and couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final result. From start to finish, communication was constant and professional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about design and made so many great suggestions that really elevated the space without ever pushing unnecessary upgrades. Her contractors were respectful, trustworthy, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home throughout the renovation. The project was completed early and even came in under budget, which was such a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the bathroom turned out absolutely beautiful — even better than I had imagined. The attention to detail and overall design exceeded my expectations. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a designer who is talented, honest, and easy to work with.

.Working with Sylvia on our home renovation was an incredible experience. My partner and I were excited but also nervous, our home is over 30 years old with some challenging angles and quirks. She truly took the time to understand what we wanted and then helped translate that into what was realistically possible in the space. We recently hired Sylvia Daoust of Niche reDesign to complete a major renovation on our 2400 sq ft home. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. The scope of the work included a full interior repaint, complete replacement of the hardwood floors on the main level, new carpeting on the second level and finished basement and a customized walk-in closet for the master bedroom. We were working with a very tight timeline. What was truly impressive was that Sylvia delivered everything on time and on budget with zero compromise on quality or detail. Her professionalism, communication and commitment to excellence were evident from day 1. Her rare combination of design talent and hands on project management made the entire process smooth and stress free. We completed a Reno this summer with Niche redesign. It was a fantastic experience. Sylvia and her team were amazing throughout the 7 week process. They were extremely supportive and accommodating as I lived in my basement with two teenage daughters, 2 cats and a dog while they worked on the house. The project was completed ahead of time and extremely close to budget. Great advice and recommendations on design as I had no idea what I was doing. The communication with Sylvia and Chris was above what I ever would have expected and I would recommend them to anyone looking to a small or large home renovation. We recently completed a home renovation with Sylvia and the Niche Team. The reno included main floor tile removal and new hardwood / tile, full kitchen remodel, laundry room and 3 bathroom including ensuite. From the outset, Sylvia teased out what our vision for the design would be, was patient, but kept us on task throughout the selection process. The Niche team of sub contractors do exceptional work and are respectful of your home. We were away for much of the design and actual renovation, but communication on progress was timely and consistent. The timeline of the project was met and Sylvia did an excellent job keeping us within our budget. We love our new bathrooms! Sylvia and the Niche team were amazing. We hired them to fully renovate 2 bathrooms our house including an ensuite and couldn’t be happier with the results. Excellent communication and advice throughout the project. Timeline exceeded my expectations.

Just finished up a pretty large ensuite renovation, removing a jetted tub and corner shower to make way for a very large steam shower, new vanities, storage and make up counter. Sylvia, Chris, and Kent were amazing through the process, 1 unforeseen issue in the process and Chris was over within minutes outside of work hours to resolve. The team was very personal and friendly with the family throughout the build process, extra effort was made to keep the areas surrounding the construction tidy and rework/changes accommodated during the build which I feel is very important. I would highly recommend the Niche reDeisgn team, we would absolutely use them again for future renovation projects and are loving our new steam shower!!

Great experience working with Sylvia at Niche. We renovated our kitchen, and updated our flooring. We were really happy with the results, and the project was exactly on the schedule that we were provided.
