Peter and Shona Edwards

Niina and Paige were our design consultants on a two phase, home renovation project. The first phase was a kitchen/living room and front entrance re-design; the second, a major re-design of our downstairs living space, including a bathroom and laundry room. They were good communicators, ran productive design meetings, had a transparent fee schedule, and recommended good contractors to complete the work. They presented interesting design and materials concepts but would also listen to our ideas, needs and wants. Niina and Paige were very professional but they also have a helpful and pleasant way of doing business.

I feel very fortunate to have worked with Niina on our dream home. From the moment we met, it was clear that not only did she understand our style and vision, but that she was also a person that I trusted and felt so comfortable with - something that was very important to me as we worked through big decisions.. Building a home is stressful, and having someone who was thorough, detailed oriented, that so knowledgeable took so much pressure off of us. Niina and her team created a home that we always dreamed of and more than we could have ever dreamed of on our own. I have, and will again, recommend her services

Niina and Paige were just amazing. They helped us make beautiful choices for our home and really understood our aesthetic. They helped us make streamlined choices and saved us so much time. Plus, they help connect us to a contractor who did all the work for us who we also loved! We are so happy with the result.

V&K

We called on Niina Interior Designer to design the renovation to our home. The bones were good…the energy was good, but it needed an update. We were striving for an overall feeling of zen…while incorporating our mid-century modern tastes. Niina and Paige listened and delivered! The end result, a warm and beautiful space. We’re so grateful for Niina’s professional attention to detail and her commitment to our dream project. Many thanks to Niina and her team!

My sister and I recently renovated the main floor of our inherited family home, an orchard farmhouse built in 1945. We decided to use Niina Di Lorenzo Designs to help us navigate through the process. Niina and Paige were both wonderful to work with. They came and saw the house, listened to what we wanted and presented us with options for flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, paint colours, fixtures, hardware etc. Their choices were excellent, and made what would have been an overwhelming job fun and exciting. Niina also recommended a contractor, whom we were very pleased with as well. Both Niina and Paige were very responsive whenever we had questions, and their oversight and planning were invaluable. I highly recommend Niina Di Lorenzo Designs to anyone considering a renovation.

From vision to reality over almost 8 months, we ended up with our dream home to last us till the sun sets on our time in our happy place. Niina and Paige made a point to initially get to know us on a personal level and used that to present options. We felt we were part of a collaborative team involved in all aspects of the design, product and color selections. We were introduced to various contractors, trades and venders that were recommended by them and it worked out 100%. The amount of follow-up as the build phase ramped up allayed any of our worries and any issues were resolved in a timely manner. They were fun to work with, very patient with us and ultimately their commitment lead us across the finish line!

Niina was wonderful to work with! She listened to my concerns and implemented her design expertise to the specific areas I was struggling with. She helped me achieve the look I hoped for when starting my ensuite renovation, and transitioned me to the right people to get the job done. I look forward to working with her again.

Niina spent two hours with me in early September. I told her we wanted to make the best use of our space for the things we enjoy. I had questions about lighting, a bathroom counter, eating space for larger groups, wall art, couch re-covering, paint colours. Niina considered my budget, my need to have input. Afterwards, she emailed a summary. It included ideas I would never have come to on my own. I was hesitant to ask for help, but it turned out to be a lot of fun. I enjoyed the process very much and now I can go ahead and and make some changes with confidence.

She can accommodate perfectly the differences between wife's and husband's ideas ;0) She totally respects someone's budget still has brilliant solutions.
