Noha is an extraordinarily talented designer who exceeds all expectations. There is nothing cookie cutter about her approach. She listens thoughtfully as she learns about you, your design preferences, and how you will inhabit your space, and then she enthusiastically collaborates with zeal to manifest that vision. She is full of creative ideas and relentless in getting things right. Never one to impose, she takes joy in preparing beautifully curated options tailored just for you. And she relishes the back and forth over what makes the most sense. She only sources stunning, high-quality items (that you likely did not even know exist). And she is great at politely letting you know when something isn’t as high quality or right for the space. She is always available, reliable, and eager to help. She is scrupulously on budget and a highly-diligent project manager. She has a keen eye for detail (and value) and works only with talented and efficient contractors and vendors. Over the course of a year, she transformed a four-bedroom apartment in downtown NYC into an amazing family sanctuary. She made sure every detail was perfect, and we cannot imagine a more comfortable space. We are so grateful for her amazing work. Finding the right designer can be challenging, but you can rest easy after meeting Noha. She is the only designer we will work with.

Noha is an incredibly talented and wonderful designer! I worked with her on a 1-bedroom apartment on the Lower East Side in NYC. She helped me create a sanctuary, tailored to my personal needs and modern industrial vision. My apartment is gorgeous! Everyone who comes over to visit is immediately obsessed with my apartment and wants to ask me endless questions about the design, the furnishings, the wall paper, the decor, the technology, and the lighting. Noha is extremely professional, reliable, organized, attentive, and meticulous. She approaches her work and her clients with patience and equanimity. Renovation and design work can be stressful, but Noha always remains calm and solution-oriented through every challenge along the way. She also has an amazing eye for artists, and helped me find the perfect piece of art for my living room. Noha also has an incredible team of people who work with her directly, as well as 3rd parties including electricians, AV specialists, and contractors. Everyone she brings into her projects are extremely talented and professional. I loved working with Noha and I am so grateful for my beautiful and peaceful home.

Working with Noha on the design of our four-bedroom apartment was an incredibly fabulous experience. She is a true connoisseur of all things haute-culture, and that definitely comes across in her designs. From start to finish, the unique pieces she picked, art selection and wall treatments all came together as a perfectly harmonious ensemble. My guests are always breath-taken by the elegance of our home. Going into this, my primary concern was that our space would feel too staged and not as comfortable to live in. My husband and I selected Noha to be our designer for a gut renovation of our three-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, but she was so much more. She transformed our apartment into an elegant and modern space, but managed to keep it very comfortable, serene and zen-like, much like an upscale boutique hotel. Her taste is exquisite and she has the ability to combine the best, highest quality European furniture with local hand-made artisan cabinetry and also more affordable accessories/fixtures when necessary to keep within budget. What is most striking about Noha is how she truly possesses all the greatest traits of a designer -- expertise, intelligence, flexibility, creativity and reliability. She has a keen sense of space and is detail-oriented. She is calm, organized and easy to work with. She has been an integral part of our entire construction process, working closely and often even overseeing our team of general contractors and architects. She often went above and beyond her role by expediting and clarifying matters with the numerous bumps and delays that inevitably arose in the complicated process of such an extensive renovation project. We are thrilled with the incredible transformation she has created for our family. In what has been a long and arduous renovation journey, Noha has been a pleasure to work with and we are confident that all her future clients will concur with our recommendation.

We worked with Noha to design and furnish a recently restored condo in Soho, NY. She was incredibly professional and detailed in how we communicated and worked together throughout the process. She listened to our needs and wants for the condo and then translated that into designs that maintained the feel of a Soho loft while also incorporating our desired modern elements. She custom designed a unique wooden slat wall to soften the space as one example of her work. Aside from all the furnishings, she also handled custom closets, lighting and Audio/visual components (invisible speakers in all the ceilings). Since this was a second home, everything had to be picked out and purchased new. I can honestly say we could not be happier with how it all turned out and I would highly recommend Noha.

Noho has a wonderful sense of design. Every project of hers that I have had the pleasure of seeing flows with a sparkly, fresh and airy feeling. She has a great way of combining the elements of furniture, art, lighting, texture and always uses color in a beautiful, lilting and surprising way. I found Noha on houzz when I was looking for an interior designer for our apt in the city. I had previously reached out to other designers and didn't work out because they either charge too high of a commission or they only take on projects that need structural change in the apartment. I liked the pictures of Noha's previous projects and her flat fee structure. After showing Noha our apt and our style preference, she was able to deliver a mood board which prompted our decision to hire her. She had great resources in terms of AV, window and wall paper professionals she regularly uses and she interviewed contractors with us as well. She also introduced a number of furniture brands and created shopping trips for us on weekend. One caveat is that designers usually don't work on weekends and we made the point to have Noha agree prior to signed the agreement that she would work with us on a few weekends given both of us work full time. Noha also did project and budget management for us and kept a very clean spreadsheet to track progress and budget. Overall, she was a big help with our renovation and we are very happy with the end result. The apt was photographed a few months after and Noha got it published at a magazine.

Noha helped transform our new apartment from an empty and boring space in a pre-war building to a mid-century modern escape. She is highly professional with an attention to detail; we were impressed by her ability to work within our budget, often bringing in ideas we would have never considered.
