Norcross and Scott

I had a very positive and rewarding experience with Norcross and Scott. I worked with them to re-decorate my home office as well as make changes/updates in other parts of my home (paint, lighting, new kitchen countertop). Not only did they bring smart, creative design ideas, I felt they really listened to what I was looking for and made sure we were all on the same page before moving forward. They were also very timely, responsive and did a great job juggling all the moving parts that go into decorating. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

Amanda and Scott have helped us over the last 4 years to update our home on the North Side of Chicago. My husband and I have been so pleased with the team approach and the high level of creativity. We redesigned the back of our home which involved space planning, custom designs for modular wall units and built-ins, as well as furniture, lighting, art, wallpaper, paint, carpet, and upholstery selections. Their suggestions are unique and artistic - you won't see their recommendations elsewhere. Their design studio and store location is also helpful in getting to understand their aesthetic and vibe. It was nice to be able to sit in furniture that represented the quality of what we were ordering. High marks all around for this fun and creative team with a special eye for the unique!

As a RE broker who prides herself on exceptional client service, I only refer vendors I have confidence in. Amanda and Scott from Norcross and Scott are those designers. Their team approach has proven to be invaluable- They understand people, their space and how it should function to fit their lifestyle. I’ve overheard them say ‘if we create a beautiful space but it doesn’t function for our client we have failed’. This endeared me to them, Amanda and Scott don’t steamroll stylistically- they listen, then they produce — Which is perfect! Because they are a team they work efficiently and effectively to offset client cost. I’ve stood by and watched them create stunning interiors for clients who purchased vanilla box units void of personality. It’s such an amazing process to witness! Where other designers fall short Norcross and Scott excel- such as follow up and communication. Their contractors and vendors are professional as well. Amanda and Scott are also personable and fun to work with!

Our basement is easily my family's favorite space in the house thanks to Norcross & Scott. They helped us transform it from a playroom into a functional and beautiful space where our now teen-age children love to send time. They were fun to work with and made the whole process easy. We can't say enough good things!

My husband and I did a major renovation to our condo in Chicago's south loop. We had Scott and Amanda design the rooms and quarterback the construction. Their attention to detail, their understanding of our taste, and their demanding of our sub-contractors to do it right made the project turn out perfectly for us. In the process, Amanda and Scott became great friends of ours. We highly recommend them!
