I was a full-time real estate agent from 2003-2008. Back then I worked with Teresa to stage two listings that needed some help. Both of these homes looked amazing and sold very quickly. Fast forward to summer, 2024, and my husband and I were prepping our own home to list on the market. I wasn't sure what to do, and I remembered the awesome stager from the past. I searched through my old contact book and found Teresa Norwood! She came out for a consultation, and she gave our dated interior a fresh, modern look by making a few changes. This didnt involve an expensive remodel either. Our home went under contract with the first buyers who came out! Her ideas are fabulous, and the painter/handyman she recommended was wonderful too! I am so happy that I reconnected with Teresa Norwood, and I highly recommend her for staging or decorating!

I have worked with Teresa on four different projects over the last several years. The first two were choosing paint colors for the inside and outside of my custom built home. The colors were reflective of my tastes and I believe they helped sell my home quickly when needed. We moved to a townhome and Teresa completely renovated the kitchen and living area to lighten it up and now they are stunning. A couple years later she renovated the upstairs bedrooms and laundry room. The bedrooms are lovely and also reflective of my personal tastes. She had cabinets built in my laundry and stacked my washer and dryer. That created a much more usable space and additional storage space. Teresa is very professional and the contractors she uses are very talented and hard working. If there even comes a time to redo my living spaces I definitely would call her again. I have no hesitation in recommending her for your project!

We worked with Teresa for a full house refresh. I was nervous at the beginning of the project but she quickly put my mind at ease and deftly guided me through what would otherwise have surely been a difficult and stressful experience. She has a great sense of style and also a strong desire and ability to understand yours. She can be as hands-on or hands-off as you need. She was very detail-oriented and brought in great people to do high-quality work. In addition to her vast design knowledge and experience, Teresa has a wonderful personality that makes it an absolute joy to work with her! I would whole-heartedly recommend her for home remodel and decorating projects!
