Owner, Nicole Roberts Winmill, has experience as a construction project manager for a luxury home builder, giving her the advantage of a firm understanding of construction requirements and lead to her commitment to providing detailed documentation for our proposed designs. Nicole is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and the National Kitchen and Bath Association to elevate her designs by keeping updated on the latest trends and newest products. She received her Bachelors in Interior Design from Texas State University. She nearly went to school for forestry, but made the right decision for Design since she is still passionate about it even after 20 years in Interior Design. A bit of a nature girl, she geeks out over the quality of beautiful wood and is always incorporating natural elements into her designs to add balance to today’s modern homes. She loves all things outdoors and artsy.

My husband and I have been working with Nicole, Rachel and Sherry throughout our home build project in Cordillera Ranch. They have been a pleasure to work with and have helped us develop our vision of our forever home. I have only worked with a designer on a small project before, so this has been a new experience for me. Throughout the process Nicole and Rachel have honored our ideas and tastes, but have also helped us step out of our comfort zone on some selections. We wanted unique and tastefully done, but also wanted to stay timeless. They took the time to listen, to look at our inspiration photos and to help bring our ideas to fruition. We are thrilled with the house selections and the house is now nearing completion…choosing final window treatments for guest bedrooms and then placing the finishing touches which make a house a home. We know the house will be everything we hoped for. We highly recommend NR Interiors for your future design needs whether it is one room, a house remodel or a custom home project. They are down to earth, easy to work with and very professional. They will give you the home of your dreams.

After a water leak did extensive damage to our kitchen, we hired Nicole to design a larger, more functional kitchen. From the very beginning, she displayed such professionalism that I had great trust in her ability to design a wonderful kitchen for us. Nicole has great vision and an ability to think outside the box when it comes to design, as well as possessing exquisite taste. She made the daunting task of making selections for our new kitchen actually enjoyable. Her knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail are absolutely superb, and I couldn't be happier with her service.

When we purchased our house, we were dealing with a completely blank slate. Nicole and her team have helped make it a home. They listened carefully and delivered exactly what we were hoping for - the furnishings are gorgeous, but still comfortable and welcoming. Nicole has a terrific eye for color and pattern, and found some beautiful pieces for us. She was also perfectly happy to integrate our existing furniture where applicable. And finally, they placed decorative items and hung artwork for us. I honestly could not be happier with the final result - I highly recommend NRInteriors.

I would highly recommend Nicole! She was critical in helping us with all aspects of the selections for the home we were building. She did a superb job of figuring out my taste and helping me select tiles, fixtures, lighting, flooring, paint colors, and exterior elements while staying within our budget. In addition, she helped select furnishings, fabrics and window coverings to make our home truly beautiful! We have received many compliments!

NR Interiors are the ultimate design professionals. Nicole is rare in that she has a fabulous sense of style and eye for design, as well as the keen ability to be precise, to be organized, to be functional, to be realistic and reasonable, and to work within set budgets. She and Yadi have been an asset to our clients time and time again. They respond promptly and have strong communication skills. NR Interiors has a lovely studio at which our clients can meet to review samples.

Nicole, of NR Interiors, is an amazing interior designer. My husband and I feel so blessed to have found her for our recent project...our new lake house on McQueeney Lake! Nicole has worked very well with our architect and general contractor - during the schematic design phase of our house, advising us with lighting and electrical solutions, room size, window placement, room arrangement, etc. When we moved into the interior design phase, we were thrilled with her suggestions, her eye for balance and her ability to create a design in each room that flowed well throughout the entire house. Nicole's interpersonal skills are truly an asset as she works well in providing direction without being pushy. Her organization skills insures that she meets deadlines, returns calls promptly and remembers the smallest of details discussed during our many meetings! Helped with selections of all materials used in our home including granite counters, floor tiles, window treatments, wall colors, ceiling finishes, and all plumbing, lighting, and cabinet hardware. We provided her with a general idea of our style and price range at the start of the project. She provided multiple selections from which we were able to make our final choices. Her charges were very reasonable and she was well prepared for each meeting. She and her assistants were professional, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. We will use her again if needed and we recommend her without reservations.

Nicole helped me redecorate my family room, entry, dining room, laundry room, bathroom, media room and bedrooms all as part of a larger remodel. She has a fabulous eye for color and detail. She was able to freshen up just about every corner of my house while still keeping it very "me". She was a pleasure to work with.

Recently my husband and I worked with Nicole during every phase of building a new house. She not only helped us with the myriad of decisions that needed to be made, but she also suggested several changes to the builder that he incorporated. Nicole helped me select new furnishings which she ordered and had ready to move in as soon as the house was finished. She also ordered and installed window treatments, and in addition, had her installers hang several large pieces of artwork for me. She always kept selections within our style preference and our price range, and she made sure that everything was completely finished to our satisfaction. Nicole was delightful to work with, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Since moving into the house Nicole has helped me find accessories and furniture I did not order while we were building. She has also been great about having any problem we encountered with anything, like the way one set of blinds stacked, corrected right away.

Working with Nicole has been an incredible experience. If you’re designing for a new home construction she is incredibly knowledgeable and competent when working with architects and builders and knows everything from start to finish about the process. Nicole is also really talented at redecorating an existing space. She really listens to what you want and if you don’t know, she has the expertise to help you figure out exactly what you’re looking for. Nicole has surpassed all of my expectations when it comes to designers. I recommend her for any design project big or small.
