Denise is a whiz at her craft. She helped us design our dining room. She made sure to do discovery to figure out our style and made recommendations from there. She sent tips and tricks about measurement to ensure we were purchasing the right sizes of things to meet the needs of the space. Her recommendations fit within our budget and style. Denise made sure to send different ideas and followed up with links of where to purchase items. I can’t recommend Denise enough!

I cannot recommend Denise with Pacific Interior Design enough! We recently updated the exterior of our home with a new roof and new paint scheme and she made it a breeze. She picked out the perfect colors to suit our style within minutes. This process would have taken us days and we still would have gotten it wrong. We now have the best looking house on the street! All thanks to Denise.

We wanted to do some minor updates to our vacation home to make it brighter and more modern yet keep it comfortable, informal and relaxing. Denise quickly assessed our style and made recommendations that incorporated our existing window coverings and furnishings. We removed all carpet and replaced it with wood laminate, painted the entire interior and replaced the kitchen countertops. The work was all done on time and within budget and the trades that Denise brought in to do the work were first class! These changes created a bright and airy feel and we feels as if we have a totally new home!

From the time we sat down to discuss what my goals were for the remodel, I immediately knew that I made the right choice. She is so incredibly helpful, and definitely wants to make sure that you get what you want. She asks questions, listens, and goes with you to make selections for appliances, hardware and other materials. She ultimately presents you with a design board so you can get an idea of how it will look. Paired with her talent and vision, it surpassed my dreams. She took our claustrophobic, dark and dated kitchen and turned it in to something open, bright, and modern. We are so in love with what was done! I couldn't recommend her more.

Denise is an absolute fabulous designer. We will never use anyone else. My wife and I wanted to update our kitchen and redo the flooring throughout the house. We looked online for a designer and saw Pacific Interior Design Groups reviews. They were not wrong. Denise came to the house, took the time to get to know us a little, our style, and the look we were going for. She walked us through the entire process from the kitchen sink, cabinet colors, backsplash, and lighting. She gave us 3 to 4 options letting us decide on the final products. Recently my husband and I began remodeling our new home, unfortunately I got stuck with taking it across the finish line. I was spinning, exhausted and had trouble articulating what was needed because there were issues in almost every room. Fortunately Denise was able to come to my rescue - friends had recommended her after using her for their spectacular remodel. I totally felt that a weight had been lifted after just her first visit. She helped us set up a game plan to complete specific tasks in the home that really made a difference, she also guided us with our purchases. It is such a bonus when you can go into a shop and someone has narrowed down the selections for you so you don’t get too overwhelmed and lose focus. The best thing I did was to call Denise.

Pacific Interior Design Group worked a miracle on our 5' x 8' guest bathroom. We had worked with Denise on another project and she was the first call I made once we decided to redo our guest bath and had suffered through a day of sensory overload. One may think that a bathroom, and a small one at that, would be an easy room to do yourself - not so. I took my husband to a very nice plumbing supply shop in Ventura. There were so many choices, we couldn't even make a tub selection. Now, this is where Denise comes in. She narrowed our choices from hundreds of combinations down to three unique, beautiful selections that fit our taste, style and most importantly the small bathroom space. She found the most interesting floor tile, actually two that made it hard to choose. But then we had to select shower tile, the back splash, vanity, mirror, toilet, light fixture and all of the faucets, hand held shower, shower head, towel ring, and yes, the tub...there is way more than enough that goes into the tiniest of spaces. Thank goodness for Denise and Pacific Interior Design Group. Now my only concern is that my house guests may decide to extend their stays because of the luxurious bathroom! I've already told Denise that she needs to plan on working her magic on my master bath because I know how long I'll be staying!!

Denise is friendly and easy to work with. She made it easy to make choices and to get my project going. Her choices were tight in line with what I was looking for and she was really good about narrowing things down to critical pieces so we could reduce some of the cost of the project.

Super Blessed! My kitchen flooded because if it hadn't I wouldn't of had the pleasure of working with Denise on my complete kitchen redo. The kitchen was gutted down to the studs. We raised the ceiling and knocked down walls. A blank canvas for a true Artist. Her vision was perfect. She matched the design to my personality with also keeping the integrity of my craftsman cottage home. Denise was also easy to work with. She returned my calls and emails promptly. Was always on time to our meetings. Very professional. She networks very well and knows all the right people to help you get the ideal materials or products for your project. I had a rough idea of what I wanted the remodel to look like, but nothing specific. Denise interviewed me, asked a lot questions, and in the end, I ended up with the house of my dreams! The project was extensive- complete kitchen, both bathrooms, floors, walls, ceilings, all windows (new Bay window included), fireplace, air-conditioning and more. Thousands of decisions had to be made, many trips to various distributors, but the end result is fabulous. I and my newly adopted 10 week old puppies LOVE our new home and highly recommend Denise at Pacific Design!

Denise worked with us to remodel our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house while we lived in another state. We speed-designed during times when we were in town and followed up with details via phone/texts. She made herself available and set up design appointments to meet our schedule, with us every step of the way. She is extremely detail-oriented. Even though our project is complete, I know I can still send her questions or photos asking her advice and she will respond just as quickly as when we were actively working together. You can't get better than having Denise on your team!

Assisted with a total master bath, bedroom. Selected bath marble counter top shower surround. Paint colors, carpet, travertine BR flooring, shutters. While holding my hand and listening to my my likes. Denise went above our original preview and chose the most beautiful chandelier. On a scale of 1 to 10 she is a 10+. Professional, ethical and budget savvy. Denise made the entire experience seamless.

When we wanted to re-do our Master Bedroom in our Ventura beach house Denise was recommended and highly regarded. Pacific Interior Design Group helped us with our amazing Master Bedroom 3 Room Retreat, which included major master bath upgrade with new soaking tub, surrounding tile and a warm tile floor including a Double sink custom built cabinet design, transom windows and more. Paint colors, crown molding, wall to wall framed mirror and accent carpeting. Denise and her amazing ability to work with us through out the process even though I wanted to do the contracting / construction myself. Her foresight and talent brought the vision we wanted. Denise pointed us to suppliers and resources we may have never found or thought of on our own. Pacific Interior Design Group will be our go to source when it comes to any other projects we have. Hiring Denise saves both time and money! Many people embark on a remodel believing they are in fact saving both by doing it on their own: not true. We came to appreciate our specific client design board (to be carried in the trunk of the car) that allowed us to make choices--wise choices--in order to match all the new colors (walls, tile, flooring, etc.) throughout our home. We were about to make a big furniture purchase--ended up being the wrong shade--and then we remembered to implement our design board. We could clearly see just how far off our color choice would have been; this would have generated a several month delay in getting the 'right' furniture as well as an added expense. Again, time and money!! Noteworthy is that Denise does not have a singular design that she believes should be inserted into the home of each of her clients. With her abundance of talent, Denise magically and beautifully translates a home that ends up being just what one could only hope to imagine. The final product comes about because she is actively engaged during the process, which includes listening to her clients and in turn being hyper sensitive to what the client is asking and hoping for; often at a loss for clarity of vision and words. She then presents samples and suggestions then lets her clients decide. She also is cognizant that she is only a guest in the home, and upon leaving wants each client to enjoy and appreciate what has been created from the visual to the actual. Now the client makes it their new home. Denise has done just that for us, and without a doubt will do the same for you. One last note, she is a communicator and thus excellent at returning calls! Throughout this three month process, we never once experienced any level of frustration in connecting with her. (We were even out of the country for six weeks, and she was still in contact.) Here too reflects a saving of time and money. Deadlines met, work quality excellent, and she adhered to our budget. She proved time and time again to be worthy of both our time and our money. We used Denise to help space plan a difficult living room floor plan. She provided us a couple different plans, which included furniture placement ideas, color palette, and decor. We were really impressed, as she put all this together without actually being in our home till the very end. She was great at capturing our color and design style perfectly. We would certainly recommend the Pacific Interior Design Group, and will probably use them in the future.

So...we bought house that needed work from ceiling to roof and I thought I could make all the decisions. How hard could it be?! HARD. Denise came into the middle of my design disaster and turned a not so great situation into a design that I was super excited about. Denise is super organized, responsive and she is up-front about fees. She seeks to understand my preferences and she brings down the choices from a million to a few amazing options. She has a network of contractors that she can recommend for specialized parts of our project. She works really well with our general contractor. She's not only got a great sense of design but she's always looking for ways to get high quality and try to also save money. Denise is passionate about what she does and it shows in all that she has done and is doing for us.

We bought our home in Ventura a year ago and decided to wait and get a feel for the house before we made changes. After living with the previous owner's color choices, window treatments, etc., we decided it was time to really make the house "our" home. That's where Denise Angelini of Pacific Interior Design enters the picture. We wanted to change the wood flooring in the kitchen and dining room, but had extreme difficulty with those 4" wood squares from Lowe's in trying to find something that would work with the cherry cabinets in the kitchen, the tile around the dining room fireplace and the tumbled marble in the living room. Denise came over, took photos, talked to us about our vision and then began the hunt for flooring, paint colors, window treatments, etc. She came back with three "large" flooring selections which we placed all around the two rooms, in shadow, in sunlight, next to the tumbled marble and were able to make our selection. We followed the same process for paint colors, trim colors, chandeliers for over the dining room table, window treatments, furniture and area rugs. She always had such wonderful, thoughtful choices that captured our style and vision. We absolutely love "our" new home - it's beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Denise helped us take a terrific house and make it into "our" forever home!

Where the client lacks confidence in using color Denise excels and this gives the client the confidence to trust Denise. She knows color and she is not afraid to use it. After carefully considering and understanding what outcome the client would like to achieve Denise applies her vast knowledge and experience to produce results her client is absolutely thrilled with by using color in ways that most can’t imagine. Denise recently worked with Tim C. on an office project in Ventura, CA. After learning of his love for nature and plants she wanted to do something that was different and really spoke to the client’s unique tastes. So, instead of using typical art work for the walls she reached out me to make custom botanical art pieces made of real but preserved moss and other naturally elements that require no maintenance. The client loves the idea. Additionally, she came up with a plan to use live plants throughout the office to continue the nature theme adding life warmth and beauty.

I interview many interior designers for my kitchen remodel. I took it very seriously because of the cost, realizing I wanted to do it right the first time. I called Denise Angelini , with Pacific Interior Design Group from a referral. I was delighted that Denise understood what a big job this was. I was looking for a designer that will listen to us about our kitchen wish list. Denise suggested we keep our current flooring and cabinets to save money. We were so surprised, after 3 other designers we interviewed wanted us to demo our entire kitchen,costing more money and time to our project.
