We have worked with Painted Door Designs on two ski condo projects and been very happy. Caroline’s contemporary design aesthetic produced cozy, warm, inviting condos. She used a project management tool and Dropbox so that we could access documents and stay up to date on progress from thousands of kilometers away. She adapts her proposals to the available budget and adjusts quickly when surprises arise. Caroline paid close attention to detail ensuring beautiful and well equipped end results. We would definitely work with Painted Door again.

Caroline takes into consideration your tastes and family needs and incorporates them into her vision. She has an incredible eye for design and finds locally sourced and unique products where possible. She is an excellent project manager, reliable and professional. I met Caroline from Painted door designs nearly 3 years ago and asked her if she was able to help me renovate my bathroom or kitchen in my my apartment as I was interested in possibly converting it into an Air B and B. She convinced me to do the whole apartment and took on the whole project which at the time for me was so daunting. Since the completion in Nov 2018 and before Covid I was booked 95%-100% every month and I truly believe it was because how beautiful she made it look. I gave her a challenging budget and she rised to the task, keeping within those numbers. I have recently hired Painted Door Designs again to help me with a big dream on mine. A retail shoe store with a nail lounge inside. We are weeks away from the renovation and I am utterly thrilled about the direction she has taken. Its just beautiful! Communication has been great again. She is so creative, patient and Its great to have this kick ass team by my side on this journey.
