I have worked with Patti on many projects over the years. The largest one was this year. I sold one house in Northern California and built a new house in Southern California. Patti was AMAZING during the entire process. She worked off of floor plans to help determine what furniture that I had in the old house (a Craftsman) and what would work in the new house (Contemporary). Where I needed new furniture, Patti found the perfect pieces from working with the floor plan - everything fits beautifully. During the construction phase of the new house, Patti flew to Palm Springs to help me pick all finishes that turned out to be exquisite. After my move was completed, Patti flew back down to Palm Springs to install art which is placed and hung to perfection. Recently I acquired a new piece of art and the gallery delivered and hung the piece. When he arrived and walked into my house, he said "Wow your house is so beautiful, are you a designer?" I said no, but worked with the best (Patti). He also asked, "who hung all of your art?" I replied that my designer (Patti) did and he said "it is all perfectly placed and hung, she did an amazing job". I love working with Patti, she is fun and super talented. If you have the fortunate opportunity to work with Patti you will be pleased as her work is GLORIOUS! Last, I have worked with other designers as well that are not nearly as cost-conscious as Patti which is another BIG plus!!

Patti helped us to furnish our Boston condo this past summer and did an excellent job. Our condo is a weird shape and layout, but her expertise in interior design ensured that we ended up with a perfect layout and cool pieces to maximize the space and aesthetic. She always knows just what a space needs to really come together. We recommend Patti wholeheartedly!

We hired Patti Ogden Design to work on our house to be newly built in Los Angeles. Patti worked on it from its inception through completion including selecting all materials, fixtures, flooring, stone, tile and interior and exterior colors. She designed each bathroom and designed the kitchen which flow perfectly throughout the house. She also worked very closely with the builder to always be ahead of what was needed to be selected and ordered so as not to slow down the project’s timeline. When the house was close to completion, Patti met with us to review our existing furniture and art and to suggest what new pieces we would need to bring the house to life. Patti knows and understands how we live and we trusted her to make the decisions for us, but she always recommended and gave us choices to consider. She came after we moved in to totally pull it all together and accessorize every room. The house is stunning and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome.

Patti is incredibly talented, after looking at my kitchen, she suggested taking out a wall to help allow room for an island that would give me the kitchen of my dreams. She did a visit and took all the measurements, then after my structural engineer helped identify which parts of the wall would need to have beams, she coordinated a plan design that would accommodate the beams and everything. Patti is sophisticated and well versed in looking at the complex structural designs and able to work seamlessly with the engineers, general contractors, cabinet maker, flooring installers, etc. We started our project in person and had to finish in the midst of April COVID lockdowns. Patti was still able to help do everything remotely. Everything from plans to picking out and ordering flooring, ordering furniture and lighting, Patti was truly exceptional, she has a creative eye and helps make the process go smoothly. I now have an entertainer’s dream downstairs with the kitchen and my 12 foot island serving as the focal point. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Patti Ogden is a unique designer. She brought her many talents to our project, which involved helping us with all aspects of choosing finishes for new house that we were building. Our interview revealed that her point of view was grounded in premier schooling and years of experience in so many fashion and design applications. Patti is not shy, but one of the best qualities she brought to the project was her excellent listening skill. The end result reflected us, delivered on what we wanted, was comfortable and added so many finer touches. Patti helped us sort thru the many options available for cabinets, floors, countertops, tiles, carpet and wall color in a very organized and thoughtful manner. We had a vision for a custom fireplace surround and she designed it for us and worked closely with the builder to make sure that it was built to her specifications. Once we moved in, we capitalized on her eye for hanging art to best advantage in the right places and heights. Patti suggested, listened, modified or convinced—always adding a plus to the issue at hand that resulted in an incredibly warm and inviting home. Finally, her knowledge base in technical details made her a perfect intermediary in working things through with contractors and suppliers (not to mention doing so between us). We recommend her highly.

For the 8 years that we have lived in Yountville, Patti Ogden's talent & experience have guided us in every change that we needed to make in our house, with regard to safety, convenience, and appearance. We simply tell her our need, and she knows what to do. The results always accomplish the solution of safety, and convenience, and simultaneously add lovely appearance. Recently, she took on the task of providing outdoor "drapes" to enclose our eastern deck from the heat and reflected sunlight of our pool. The columns that support the roof overhanging the deck are 10 feet high. The fabric she selected is a lightweight canvas that folds beautifully at each column when the sun is overhead, and no longer a nuisance. Our front porch also needed protection from the very hot afternoon sun. For this application she used a more decorative fabric, also adding beauty there. There is no project too big or too small for Patti. And there is no other person we would call for the job.

Patti is so special to work with. She has so much knowledge of materials and products and the workmen behind her are exceptional. I wanted a black counter but didn't like the textures that were out there. We found a Black Wood Granite from Zimbabwe that I love. It actually has a wood grain to it and a matte finish. I didn't really like subway tiles either so we used white tile from Heath in Sausalito. Her installers and painters were so professional and meticulous and the results are fabulous. I love my Italian cooktop. Patti is a pleasure to work with. Everyone and everything was on time and I HIGHLY recommend Patti Ogden Design.

Over the past 7 years, I have used Patti to help us beautifully remodel our kitchen, powder room, living room and guest bathroom in our first home. After we sold that house, we moved into a new home, and Patti was essential in helping us arrange and style our new digs. Her artistic vision and amazing style has been critical in creating a serene, beautiful and organized space for our family. From floor colors, paint colors, fixtures, best use of space, small details to large, Patti has been amazing. We highly recommend her as a designer and stylist.

Patti helped us decorate 4 residences and picked exterior colors for a condominium building in San Francisco. She is easy to work with, flexible, highly professional, and has a great sense of color and aesthetics. She has become one of our favorite persons. We highly recommend Patti.

Patti was a most wonderful and delightful designer with whom to work on my bathroom remodel. Not only did she have excellent knowledge of design, but also was knowledgeable in the technical and practical aspects of the project. Not afraid to get her "hands dirty".
