PCS Design is a full service residential, remodel, and new construction interior designer firm based in Western Washington. Founded in 1995, PCS Design has worked with award winning builders in the Seattle builder community as well as incredible private residential clients to offer comprehensive design services. Services include conceptual design development, space planning, fixture selection, product and furniture specification, construction management and installation coordination. For the past 20 years, Principal Designer Pam Saftler has continually sought to exceed client expectations by delivering site-specific, high quality design that is both globally and regionally inspired. Having traveled extensively--where space in homes is at a premium-- Pam has developed a unique brand in creating living environments that are as functional as they are stylish. Pam's brand is a blend of integrity and warmth to the discipline and details of design. Her energetic and collaborative approach with clients allows her to consistently deliver the right fit for "cabin" or "castle" alike.

We bought a house that needed a major kitchen remodel and some other interior updates. In my first meeting with Pam, I couldn't help but be struck by her knowledge and positive attitude. She was able to bring in an excellent contractor in a busy market, she brought great ideas to the table, and she helped us select really beautiful materials and finishes. Once we started the project, she stayed engaged and kept things on track by acting as an intermediary between us and the construction teams. Our remodel turned out wonderfully! We are grateful to Pam for all of her help and expertise!

Working with Pam at PCS Design was an absolute pleasure! Pam is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home remodeling. She gave us great ideas about which finishes would work best in our home and was able to put us in touch with an outstanding contactor, Dan Gill of Gill Forest Industires. Pam was always very quick to respond to any question we had during our remodel project. She pointed us on the right direction when we needed help finding materials, meeting us at various design centers to help us create an amazing new look for our home. Our project involved redesigning two fireplaces and our staircase/banister, updating all the moldings and doors, replacing our front door, new paint colors both inside and out, new kitchen countertops and cabinetry hardware, and new flooring. Pam was truly instrumental in helping us bring our project together on time and on budget. We are so pleased with how our home turned out and we couldn't have done it without Pam's help.

We were building a new home and were referred to Pam. She did a remarkable job. I couldn't be happier with the products she chose and the final look of our home. She listened to my likes and dislikes and went from there. She was respectful of our budget and showed us products that stayed within the budget. I would definitely use her again.

Pam has a keen eye and does beautiful work. Incredibly talented, honest and fun to work with. Her design look is fresh and pleasing to eye. Her team has been working in the pacific northwest for over 25 years and is one of the best in the area. Working with the leading builders such as Buchan homes and many others. No project to small, a full service design firm. Integrity beyond measure!

Commented: Where is the Stone name and where purchased from?The Fireplace Tile is from Pental in Seattle, WA. - Travertine Honed & Filled 12 x 24" size. This was purchased in 2014- may not be available at this point.

Commented: SO pretty! What is the stone type./color on the surround? Paint color?Glad you like it! Client's very happy as well. The fireplace stone is a quartzite ledgestone available in 6 x 24" panels. Check out Tilesbay on Houzz- they have a great selection of ledgestone...
