We were thrilled to hear that you loved the look of your home after the big reveal, but we're sorry to hear your overall experience with us was not satisfactory. Regarding pricing and invoices, when you expressed your disappointment, we provided you with documentation from our vendors showing that the prices for the drapery, side panels, shades, rods/rings/brackets, and installation totaled approximately $6,000, not $1,000 like was posted. Inflating prices like you've stated would be an unethical practice and we do not believe in that. We wanted to make every effort to work with you on a solution, and we offered to cut the prices in order to maintain the overall look of the home and to ensure that you'd be satisfied with the outcome. In the end, we honored all requests you made and removed the items you did not wish to keep. Regarding the two-month delay, we met the original deadline your boyfriend, the homeowner, requested for his holiday event with the exception of one dresser, which was on backorder from the manufacturer. We provided a comparable dresser as a placeholder in the meantime, and we switched that out once the correct dresser was available - two months later, as you stated. We certainly regret that your experience with us was disappointing, and we are very sorry that we could not resolve our differences amicably. We wish you the best and hope that you've settled well into your new home.
