Potthast Design was hired to bring back life into a 1.5 million dollar home that we had been trying to sell for many years. It is a beautiful home on open bay water that was desperate for an update. With Chelsea's vision & understanding of how to transform a space , while preserving and respecting the existing design, we received & accepted an offer on our home before it even hit the market. Potthast Design stayed within budget and project was complete before closing date. Will be using Potthast Design next month for a smaller scale project.
