PROjECT interiors + Aimee Wertepny

What a mess. Aimee has absolutely no idea what she is doing. She is luckily surrounded by wonderful people, but she needs the spotlight so bad that she has managed to push everyone away. Our project was painful to say the least, she has no clue of how things are built, which drives the contractors crazy. She has a vision in her head, very creative, but can't even put it on paper. Not admitting to mistakes and being so full of herself, she makes it incredibly difficult to work with.

wallcovering project. wallart are decorative based bagasse from sugar cane panels, gives a touch to dimencional walls. the project was 50 m2 of coating material in the area of entrance hall, staircase and Ward 4 different model was chosen to separate the space of different textures.

I loved every step of the process with the Project team. I felt included and my ideas implemented. The end result was a true representation of my vision, but to such a fabulous degree that I could have never achieved on my own. I love how they mix high/low items with a combination of textures, styles, and arrangements that are original and never cookie cutter. This was done with our budget in mind. We splurged on WOW items and saved on others without ever compromising the overall fun, chic and sophisticated result. Simply... they ROCK!

Cadmium Interiors works with Organic Looms whenever we have a client who needs some flooring needs. One of our favorite projects was when we had a client who was working with Healthy Child Healthy World to create a home with no or very low VOCs for their children. Refer to http://healthychild.org/ for more information. We worked with Organic Looms because they had beautiful rugs that are completely organic, comfortable and customizable. The owner, Christopher Frederick is passionate about his products and makes several trips a year to India to find specials pieces and work with his people there. I love hearing his stories about the rugs!

I had the pleasure of shooting two spaces PROjECT had designed a little earlier this Spring. Had a ball doing it and got some great images. Aimee and team are fun to work with, and have an extraordinary sense of style that is modern but still cozy.

I first saw Aimee Wertepny in 2010 in the Chicago Tribune and I said to myself, "this girl is going to be a design superstar". I have watched Aimee's career blossom over the years and have seen first hand her passion and dedication to the women at PROjECT and to her clients. She is admired for her joie de vivre and taking inspiration from the most unlikely places. She has created a very unique culture at PROjECT and leads the way with love. Any client is lucky to work with this talented team and the end result is always unique and beautiful. Aimee is a master at her craft. Her artistic vision is the purest form of raw innovation.

I worked with Aimme and the gals from PROjECT for the first time this year and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them!! Our shoot was an editorial success and I truly enjoyed my time with them! I look forward to shooting with them in the future and would highly recommend their services. It's always a pleasure work with Aimee and her team on Project. Interiors. We mostly work on kitchens and bathrooms.

I enlisted Aimee and her people to help us out during the construction of a new summer home in Michigan. I thought I had hired interior designers and decorators in the past but found out I was woefully mistaken. PROjECT is the real deal! From working with the contractors suppliers, our architect, individual furniture and wall/floor covering providers, to the electricians they made everything work. The fact we were out of state didn't even phase them or impede getting anything accomplished. On the design decorating side they were a slam dunk, after only a few meetings they were able to hone in on what the type of style we were looking for and after that it was easy sailing for us as the options we were presented with fell into place and everything came together beautifully. The attention to detail was outstanding, we are talking about getting down to the level of framing and picking family photos and choosing the right soap dispensers for the bathrooms. You will find yourself letting go and confidently letting them run with things... a great feeling thanks guys larry
