About Us

Pulliam-Morris Interiors is a female-owned, professional design firm serving clients throughout the Southeast since its inception in 1962. Our award-winning firm has a team of eight professionally trained interior designers and administrative specialists, as well as an expert installation crew. Services offered range from consultations with architects, engineers, and specialized subcontractors to the final installation of the finished project. As professional designers, we strive for our work to be a reflection of our clients, not of ourselves. The firm’s body of work includes contemporary and traditional, residential and commercial design, and extends to healthcare, hospitality and resort properties. In our many projects, we have successfully demonstrated a variety of forms and styles from the most formal setting to more casual and eclectic atmospheres. Six years ago, making a design statement internally within the firm, Pulliam-Morris totally transformed our office environment by moving to a renovated warehouse space. The clerestory windows, concrete floors, brick walls and adaptive reuse of an abandoned space has created a bright, inviting, and upscale design studio. Built on a standard of excellent customer service and satisfaction, we are celebrating over 53 years in business.

Timeless, quality, and personal choice is what you receive from Pulliam Morris, regardless of your style. They have helped me with 5 homes over the past 30 years. Most recently, Linda helped me with my post- flooding reconstruction. My home looks better than ever thanks to Linda.

I have been working with Pulliam Morris , linda Perrow, intermittently for over 7 years. When needing last minute help after a move, linda was there within a week to start pulling it together! I have a new beautiful living room rug. We have adorable drapes and pillows in my daughters bedroom. Fabrics are fast to arrive to my house so that items can be upholstered. Linda is patient and understanding and always fun and upbeat to work with. She allows me to have an opinion on items selected. She is timely in her responses. She has found some amazing fabrics and decor!

This is the 2nd project that I have worked o with Karen Menge at Pulliam Morris Interiors . In both instances she has helped to create a better, more functional and beautiful living space through her suggestions and ideas. She is a dream to work with: she is a wonderful listener and assimilator of the client's thoughts, has a wonderful sense of humor and works well with all members of the project's team. How grateful I am to Pulliam Morris Interiors and Carol Hamilton, in particular, for three decades of invaluable advice and invaluable friendship. Carol has been with me on five projects, each one more rewarding and beautiful than the last. Each time we do something together what we had done before fits right in. Everything moved flawlessly from one house to the next as we have moved over the years from our little cabin on the creek in Darlington, SC to our current house outside of Charleston, SC. And now we are just getting ready to work on house in The Crescent neighborhood in Charleston proper. Sophisticated, understated, and lovely are the words that come to mind when I think of how Carol and PM have managed our design work over these years. And comfortable…we use every inch of our living space. And finally, we had a good time! Her work and all of the work of those great people at PM from the other designers to everyone involved in moving, set-up, and office management have made our life more gracious in more ways than I can count.

We first started working with Pulliam Morris in 2000 during the design and build phases of our new lake house. Carol Hamilton worked miracles in selecting the right fabrics, fixtures and furniture pieces to fill our 10,000 sq. foot home. Carol quickly knew our tastes and presented many options for us to consider. At the end of the 2 year project, the results were outstanding and we received rave reviews and several feature spreads in architectural/design publications. When we decided to build a second "city retreat" there was no question that we would engage Pulliam Morris again. Again, Carol along with Laura Gorman worked with us from the design phase onward to completely furnish our 2800 sq. foot condo from rugs to furniture, artwork and decorator items. This time the style was more "city chic" and agin the result was outstanding. Our team of Carol and then Carol and Laura were fantastic to work with. They are true professionals and will not try to design for their taste but work hard to understand yours and then deliver a product that is of the highest quality. We would highly recommend Pulliam Morris and would use them again.

Pam's vast knowledge of interior design and her many resources make her a valuable member of the design team, without which these projects would not have been nearly as successful.

We have worked on projects with this firm for 30 years. They demand that we as a finishers deliver exception quality with new and differ finishes on their projects. I find them exciting to work with because they do not reproduce the same project over and over.
