They could not be worse to work with.. we ordered >$6k worth of product from them (dining table + chairs). The dining table came unassembled, and developed cracks all over within weeks of arriving. The chairs were a disaster as well, they sent wrong items.. and has store 6 large dirty boxes in our house until they got around to picking them up, and they day after they picked up the misshipped chairs - they cancelled the replacement delivery! Truly awful experience. Wish I could rate lower than 1 star.

From beginning to end my experience with Pure Salt was awesome! I truly appreciated Jacquelyn Smith's excellent customer service and in-depth knowledge of all of the products. We have several projects in flight and Pure Salt has been our primary go-to store for completing our projects and purchasing high quality items.

Pure Salt Interiors is a fantastic design studio and shop. I'm a long time customer and fan of their design. I've purchased numerous items from their Shoppe (in person and online) and am so happy with the items. From big purchases like rugs and cabinets, to smaller items like accessories and gifts - everything is lovely. And their design projects are so dreamy - aspirational but approachable. I love this company! We worked with Aly and her team to create our favorite forever home. Our home is filled with Pure Salt furnishing, art work and accessories. We love everything we purchased through them. We have now finished the deck and purchased beautiful teak directors chairs and a beautiful outdoor couch to complete our home. I purchased the outdoor furniture on their website. It was well packaged and was delivered before expected. We love the chairs so much, we have purchased two more! Been working for several months with Pure Salt on a full home renovation. I cannot say enough good things about Aly Morford and the team at Pure Salt. She is wonderfully creative and really keeps in mind the needs of our family. Pure salt, pure thieves? It is JUNE 2023, and I have yet to even hear a peep from these guys from an order made in NOVEMBER 2022. I have called, I have emailed, I have privately sent a message in Instagram. Just pure silence. They actively choose to not deliver the goods that I paid over $2k for. Pure salt way of business is just to take the money, not deliver the goods, and simply cut off all communication with the customer. That is STEALING. And of course this place has horrible reviews from multiple sites. Just type “pure salt reviews” and you will see so many bad reviews across multiple sites- especially on them accepting money but never delivering. Shame on me for giving them a chance.

I ordered the Gable cabinet for my new house and I couldn't be happier with the piece and the service I received from the Pure Salt Shoppe Team. Can't wait to order the Merle bench next!

This place seems like amateur hour. I recently ordered a couple items from them. It was to be my first experience with their products. I received an order confirmation. Then after two weeks of crickets I contacted them to inquire as to the status because even for a small operation two weeks seems a bit ridiculous for no order update. First, they inform me that one item is no longer available and it was a miscommunication with their supplier (was it sold out or did them dropping the ball for almost two weeks cause the item to then sell out? Who knows). I was a bit irritated, but was like fine - mistakes happen. Then several days later I get told that the other item in my order is ALSO sold out and has been discontinued by the supplier so there will never be one available to purchase. I was informed the entire order was canceled and to have a nice day. The item was then showing as unavailable so it seems liked another ridiculous mistake. At this point I’m even more irritated, but not yet at the point of leaving a scathing review. What sent me over the edge is that the exact item I ordered and was told was never going to be available is now showing as AVAILABLE again. The whole situation is absurd.

I DO NOT recommend Pure Salt Interiors. Be warned!! I ordered a coffee table on Black Friday, and it didn't arrive until last week. Two days after getting it, I spilled room temperature tea on the coffee table, and the stain completely wiped off and made our living room smell like stain! I emailed and waited the 3 business days to wait for a response, and nothing. I finally was able to get a hold of someone via their customer service number, and received a very "uppity" sounding individual who clearly didn't care to rectify the situation. Since then, I've received confirmation that they will do nothing to fix this because the piece is "vintage" and needs to be handled "with care" despite the lack of warning or information on their website or in their packaging. I am also having a hard time understanding how something is vintage if you have to pre-order it and it's made in mass quantities for a website. Horrific experience. Don't waste your money.

I would like to begin by stating that I do realize that this company is in a high income area and is used to working within higher budgets than mine was. However, I initially addressed that subject and asked if it would be a problem. I was assured it would not be and that they would be happy to work with me. I then proceeded. I feel that the following was a direct result of not receiving the attention higher budgeted clients get. This review is not based on that feeling though, or on any other feelings. The review is based upon facts. It was agreed they would send photos of ideas as I requested but they did not follow through on that. I was sent a list of items they felt would work well in the room that was being designed. I made known that the largest item was over my budget. I was told not to worry, they would find an alternative vendor who could save costs. I went ahead with purchasing most of the other items which used most of my budget. Afterwards, they informed me of the price of the large item which was still well over my budget. I paid for the item although doing so left me well over the budget I had clearly made known. Now, I am unable to complete another project I had set aside a budget for because I had to use those funds. When I confronted the issue, I received an apology and was told that “someone” had made a mistake and had misquoted the price of the item by $1000. My main complaint is that it was I who had to pay for the mistake. I was offered a few hours of service at no cost as a consolation but that is of no use to me. I am financially unable to move forward to finish the current project and certainly can’t proceed with the one I had planned next. What it amounts to is that in order to take advantage of their offer to compensate for their error would take money I don’t have and the reason I don’t have it is because of their error. I feel that was one last slap in the face - the failure of this company to take responsibility for their error in a way that would be practical and helpful for me, the customer, rather than conveniently offering me a “peace offering” that I obviously am not able to utilize. I would like to note that my intent with this review is not to slam this company in any way but rather to confront an issue that I feel was very unfair and ultimately reflective on the lack of respect and integrity that this company displayed.

Pure Salt is fabulous! These ladies did a fantastic job redoing my living room. So much attention to detail and incorporated unique pieces bringing life to the space. Some high-end finds and some very budget friendly. I would highly recommend this team to help you renovate or update your home!

What a joy to work with these professional ladies of Pure Salt Interiors, who happen to be best friends. The design process was not always easy for me since I'm not always able to visualize ideas as easily as this team. I put my trust in their expertise and knowledge of tasteful and beautiful design. Their attention to detail was unsurpassed. Our project was well managed and brought in on time and budget. The materials that were chosen came together to create the high-end spa resort feel that my husband and I were wanting for our master bedroom and master bathroom. We find ourselves looking around our serene space and LOVING EVERYTHING about it! Being in our beautiful peaceful master retreat truly feels like a vacation. And, lucky for us, we get to live there. Thank you Pure Salt Interiors for creating exactly what we have been dreaming about for years. We can't wait for the next project!

Pure Salt was fantastic to work with. I called Aly and Leigh to help pull my living room together, and they exceeded my expections. After our initial meeting they tailored a plan specific for my budget and needs. I worked primarily with Aly, who made the project fun and she was easy to correspond with. At each meeting I was blown away by her unique ideas and creativity for my space. What stood out the most was how well she understood the look and style I was hoping to achieve on her first shot. I would hire Pure Salt again in a heartbeat, and can't wait to work with them again down the road.

I contacted Aly with Pure Salt for a consultation to help with general interior design questions, space planning, putting the finishing touches on the family room and to get feedback on some ideas for long term remodel projects to make sure we are headed in the right directions(for the future). She provided excellent advice and listened to my thoughts She has a natural eye for design and immediately was able to suggest ideas that would look best in the space. From there, we hired Pure Salt to finish decorating our family room. She provided a detailed questionnaire to help guide/focus my priorities,style and budget. The e-mail communication was very responsive and detailed. I decided to go with an hourly styling package since I already had a few pieces of furniture. She asked me to purchase a few accent furniture items and then she shopped and brought in the accessories to help pull the room together. She stayed in budget, completed the project in a timely manner, and most of all made the space beautiful! It was a pleasure to work with Aly from Pure Salt and I will use her again for future project whether it be for room styling or larger remodel projects down the road.
