I'll determine where to place furniture, color recommendations, what accessories to display and what to pack away. I will help identify and prioritize any repairs if needed, to be completed before going on the market. I have a team of professionals that I trust to do the work while I supervise the timing, budget and quality. If any additional finishing touches need to happen, such as a centerpiece or an area rug, I'll find just the right items and get them in place before the open house.
