We needed some expert design guidance before kicking off a significant remodel project in our kitchen, family room, living room and dining room. Rebecca and her team came out and did a great job of listening to our goals and ideas for the project. They weighed in with great ideas on the spot. They reinforced some of our ideas, and introduced their own ideas. They worked quickly, and followed up with detailed recommendations for colors, tiles, lighting and more. We were very satisfied with the experience.

I hired a local well-known company to perform a full remodel of my 1950's era bathroom. The company did not offer adequate design consultation services and I found myself going into tile stores and being overwhelmed with the styles, colors, and the multitude of decisions I would need to make to coordinate the flooring, shower surround, shower niche, vanity, countertop, backsplash, and wall color. Additionally, I had no idea on how give the bathroom a completed look with artwork, etc. One afternoon I was close to a meltdown after yet another stop at a tile store and walking out with more questions than answers and more indecision. I pulled over in a parking lot and called Rebecca Ward Design, who I had found through reading Yelp reviews. Leah Connolly received my incoming call and talked me through how they could help me. I immediately knew I had made the right decision and felt an overwhelming sense of calm and relief. Upon her request, I sent an email with a description and pictures of my current bathroom, my remodel goals, my inspiration pictures, and describing my desire for a room that had symmetry and balance, my color preferences, likes and dislikes, etc. From there, we made an appointment and I had my first meeting with her and Rebecca Ward to review samples they had selected based on my input. They also provided wonderful suggestions for some of the blank wall areas - including a wall cabinet with a frosted glass front and wood matching the vanity to be placed above the toilet, a beautiful full length mirror for behind the bathroom door to reflect light, etc. They suggested a wonderful recessed vanity mirror that I didn't know I would love so much. It has beveling on the edges, integrated electrical and USB outlets, interior lighting, mirror defogger, and a programmable nightlight along the bottom edge. Having them in my home felt like a meeting with long time friends that listened well and they perfectly designed a space fully meeting all of my requirements. It feels wonderful to be so confident about every item chosen for my bathroom remodel and the layout. It is a big expenditure for a small space and wrong choices would be readily apparent. I never could have come up with the completed design that they did or anything remotely close. The remodel is in progress right now and every question that the construction workers have can be answered by looking at my design specs. I can not emphasize enough how important it was to have taken the step of hiring Rebecca Ward Design to help me through this process and I will hire them again for any remodels I have in the future. Scheduling was a breeze, she came and within two hours had finished designing our open floor plan including decor and color schemes. The cherry on top was the website including links to purchase furniture which was 90% beyond affordable (overstock, wayfair, target) looooved that!! Cant wait to have her back for other rooms!

This was my first experience hiring a designer. I asked a lot of questions and needed a little hand-holding through the process. Rebecca and Leah were always patient, professional, thorough and responsive. Rebecca offered great recommendations and guided me through decision-making. There were some expected frustrations along the way, but none caused by Rebecca and Leah and they assisted me in dealing with vendors, deliveries and scheduling. All of the other professionals working on the projects were very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend her services and plan to hire her again in the near future.
