Reno Cube was recommended to me by a friend. I felt like the ID, Jayven, could understand my requirements well. For example he took time to meet all my children and understand what each of them wanted for their room, and this is the sort of personal touch I appreciate. It was a joint effort such that we told Jayven what we had in mind and he was able to provide recommendations and design accordingly. In particular I liked the kitchen because it turned out to be what I had in mind. Initially I have wanted the living room to be simple and plain, however once I saw it I decided to add some details. Jayven was able to accommodate to these last minute changes and recommended adding a display wall which was perfect for me to display my collections. Follow up by my ID was good as well. For example while we were moving a shelf some paint scraped off and Jayven was able to do touch ups. He even recommended a rubber edge on the shelf such that the paint won’t scratch in the future. Jayven is a young guy and hence has a lot of fresh, new ideas and hence we have recommended him to many of our friends.
