We take your project from concept to completion to solve functional problems within your space to enhance your interior experience. We do this through utilizing design principles and hand picking finishes suitable for your needs. Our goal is to bring a sense of awe into your home and fulfill that desire of individuality that you crave for.
Our Process
Make your home renovation design as easy and seamless as possible.
✓ Step 1. Dreaming and Conceptualizing
Once we define the scope of work for your interior home renovation design, we'll start creating a design concept for your space. This will allow you to explore your dreams while allowing us to set the tone and direction for your dream home. This step is hands-on, fun, and is all about getting to know your unique needs!
✓ Step 2. Schematic Design
Next, we'll start creating the schematic floor plans for optimal functionality and flow of your home. We'll work together to understand how you move around your home and what you like and dislike about your current spaces to hone in on your needs and wants from a planning perspective.
✓ Step 3. Interior Design Development
Now we start to bring the design concept into reality! Taking the concept, we'll apply it to architectural drawings and 3D renderings to create a full and coherent interior design set for contractors to price out and submit any necessary building permits. In this step, you'll get to see your home in blueprint format - coming together in seamless layers.
✓ Step 4. Construction Drawings and Coordination
And finally, we'll create full construction documentation for buildout. This includes the final blueprints (plans, details, millwork and etc.) for your chosen contractor to build your home. In this step, you'll start to see your home really coming together while we help coordinate the process and ensure the project is up to par. We'll schedule a few site visits to check in on the status and jump on any site conditions that need to be addressed.
