My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Not only is she a true talent, but her years of experience in the design/build world have given her so much insight into what it takes to make a project successful. She is serious when it comes to her business, but is also fun to work with. We would recommend her highly!

I have had the wonderful opportunity to photograph some of Shannon's work. She is a wonderful designer, delightful to work with, is filled with fresh ideas and creativity. The projects that I shot and scouted were all very different from each other which I enjoyed a lot. She can work with many types of styles.

We hired Shannon to help us with the difficult task of assisting us in preliminary preparation of selling our Edina. This included color updates, lighting, a kitchen refresh as well as a bathroom design and remodel. Though we did not set a budget or have a remodeling contractor; Shannon provided us with a prudent plan that included the updates as well as a very competent remodeler who we would recommend and will use again. Hats off to Shannon for her ability to develop and implement a plan to update our home

She is extremely talented at guiding the clients into the appropriate selections/style that best suits their desires *without letting the client do it wrong ;-). Always responsive and professional. I have worked with Shannon on many large remodeling jobs the past few years. She is very knoligabl in all aspects of the design build process. She knows the process & how to pull all of her design elements together so it not only gets done in a timely matter but looks amazing when completed. She works extremely well with all subcontractors & vendors. She has a great ability to get her clients excited & work along side them to deliver them an amazing end product. She is also very respectful of the clients budget & works very hard to mange that aspect of the job. I would highly recommend using Shannon, she is the total package.

Shannon was easy to work with through the entire project. I felt we were on the same page on my likes and what she found. Helped us design our bathroom around a door knocker we had - she was in love with it! Would recommend her to anyone looking for a good designer.
