I am so happy in my new home office created by sheila. I have worked with her before so I knew I was in good hands. She took a small storage area and turned it into a cozy office space for myself and my patients. They have commented on how comfortable they feel. We redid a hall bathroom. Replaced tub with stall shower, two sinks instead of all new hardware & tile. Looks amazing & Sheila is amazing to work with. We have worked together before on the rest of my house & it was both fun & a wonderful experience.

We had the opportunity to work with Sheila Rich Interiors this year on a major renovation project. Basically, our condo was completely gutted down to the studs and sub floor -- new wiring, plumbing, flooring, fixtures, cabinets, appliances, etc. During this entire time, we lived in another state and could only visit the site on occasion so we really did have to rely on Sheila throughout. Now that the renovation is finished, we could not be more pleased with the result -- it is simply stunning! Sheila was able to take our goals, develop an overall vision for the project, and then turn that vision into reality. At every step, she helped us with decisions that had to be made -- major and minor alike -- and did so in a way that kept us within our overall budget. As I mentioned earlier, we lived in another state so taking on a project of this magnitude could have easily overwhelmed us. But, the communication could not have been better. We were in constant communication with each other and Sheila always kept us apprised of where things stood or were headed. Sheila and her team joined with the Make a Wish Foundation to create our son Angelo's dream train room. Angelo is currently 4 years old and was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, Burkitts Lymphoma stage 3 on June 11, 2014. Angelo was treated at CHOP and received chemotherapy. His therapy was for 4 months and during that time Angelo suffered side effects from chemotherapy along with surgeries that haunted him and left him with terrifying outbursts of anxiety and crying. During these times, life skill specialists would offer their services through play therapy to try reduced the trauma he was experiencing. He always chose trains to play with and take him mind off of things. Angelo began his love for trains at 1 years old when he became fascinated with the train set up under the Christmas tree. He would sit for hours memorized and he quickly learned how to operated the remote to blow the whistle and change the direction of the train on the track. He loved Thomas the train shows too and was drawn to all train toys. He started with a wooden train table and Thomas the train set. The following Christmas he watch the Polar express and immediately fell in love with the magic of the holiday. At that time my husband and I began a Christmas collection of the O gauge Polar Express. Our families joined in and also made purchases for Angelo to add to his collection. All the tracks, trains and accessories were set up on my dining room table and the room was no longer for dining. Angelo was as happy as could be playing with his set up in the dining room. When Angelo fell ill and under went treatment for his disease he imagined playing trains and would dream of his trains on the dining room table and on his wooden train table. He would hold on to various trains while going through treatment and surgical procedures. He even sang train songs to take his mind off the anxiety and stress he was feeling. My husband showed Angelo different train layouts on the IPAD and Angelo's imagination went wild. He wanted to have more and that is when his dream of a train room began. It motivated Angelo to stay focused on the positive and even though it didn't relieve him of his pain, it gave him happiness and helped take his mind to another place. We had an extra unfinished room above the garage that was used for storage. My husband and I decided that we would use that room to fulfill Angelo's dream. Angelo's cancer is in remission and we heard from Kelsey his coordinator at Make a Wish that Sheila and her team wanted to create his space and make his dreams come true. On the initial visit, Sheila and Fran spent a great deal of time listening to Angelo's desires. They took time playing with him and his sets on the dining room table. They were so warm and caring with a genuine personal interest in Angelo. It brings tears of happiness to my face even thinking back about it now. They gave Angelo a book about a train to enjoy. Angelo often wanted to hear the story and it was special to him because he knew that his room was about to come to life. He was anxious and impatient to when it was going to be done because it is hard for a 4 year old to understand the time and work involved to complete such a project. Fran recognized this and on her next visit she brought another book for him to read about emotions and excitement. It was perfect and the story conveyed the message about patience. It was so special to have a team in touch with Angelo's emotions and needs. The next visit was spent with Sheila, Fran, Ryan and Tim. At this meeting, all parties listened again to Angelo's desires and as a team they worked on figuring out the construction portion and how to fill the room with the right amount of shelving and table layout. After a lengthy meeting, Ryan and Tim immediately began working on Angelo's room that weekend creating his layout, shelves and designs. It was completed in stages and in a quick amount of time. The wall mural was created and done by Fran and her daughter. So much detail and craft was put into his room that Angelo's dream was quickly turning into a reality. Ryan and Tim worked hard and spent time with my husband deciding on the layout and the construction of different aspects of the layout to make sure everything fit perfectly. Ryan and Tim even spent time meeting and talking with an employee at the local hobby shop where an order was being place for train materials. This effort was made to make sure the layout was flawless. We were so impressed with the amount of compassion that was made in effort for our son's happiness. Ryan spent many evenings reaching out to my husband through phone calls, texts and emails to discuss the project at different stages. Sheila was consistently in contact to discuss each stage as well. She had the paint ready and delivered for the painter. The quality of work and value placed on the creation of Angelo's room was professional and above any standard. It was pure excellence!!! I have never met a team like this before and I would recommend them to everyone. If you need a job done and want it done right then this is the contact. You will be amazed from beginning to end. We can not thank you enough for the room that our son longs to be in and how it is his favorite place to be. I watch him with such joy running from one side of the room to the next as he plays.
