Susan helped me with a thorough update of my condo, including major changes in the bathroom. I truly don’t know how I could have done it without her expertise and creativity. She patiently listened to my disconnected ideas and wonderings and came up with a beautiful, achievable vision. In addition to her talent, patience, and kindness, Susan also has a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of the construction process and was able to collaborate with the contractor to ensure that everything moved along smoothly. Susan is a gifted, thorough professional Interior designer. Susan listened carefully to our hopes for a massive Whistler renovation project. She integrated our rather vague guidelines and initiated carefully conceived practical concepts for the interior spaces. She was tenacious in searching for elements that made the spaces exciting and functional. Meetings in her studio were well organized accompanied by illustrations, samples and costs. Susan was diligent in sticking to deadlines and in following up concerns. She checked budget costs regularly. The artwork chosen over the duration of the project is absolutely brilliant. We highly recommend Susan.

Susan Collins of SMC Interior Design Service has provided interior design services for us for five major projects at four of our houses during the past 20+ years. We have been extremely pleased with Susan's work ethics and professionalism. She is a very creative and knowledgeable interior designer and she keeps current with the latest developments in her field. Our most recent renovation project included the removal of a built-in fireplace, adding cabinetry in living room and kitchen area, as well as installing an office/work area in the 2nd bedroom of the condo that we had just purchased. SMC Interior Design Service looked after all of that, as well as the painting, upgrading of lighting systems, window coverings, furniture and carpeting. The design drawings and detailed requirements for the contractors to use were of excellent quality. Susan always made sure that all the details were looked after and she managed the overall project to our complete satisfaction. My wife and I are very pleased with the final product and we highly recommend SMC Interior Design Service.

We have worked with Susan Collins for the past 22 years. The first time was our home in West Vancouver and ten years later, she updated it. This past summer, we moved into a townhouse and Susan helped us coordinate and select new finishes and furniture for the entire home. This included the design of two built-ins, that look like they have always been there. Her two choices of paint colours are amazing - they change with the reflected light as though we have many different colours of paint. The trades people she works with or recommends are professional and they take pride in their job and clean up after they are finished. We love our new home with it's amazing view and new interior design. We are constantly being complimented on the look and the comfort of our home. We would, and have, recommended Susan to our friends.

Commented: I think our lot is 50 ft ? So could we have a pad for Nancy's camper?Hi Di, This plan should allow a space 12'0" wide, taking into account the minimum setbacks required. That should be plenty of space for an RV.
