Susan came in partway through a down-to-the-studs renovation. She listened to what we needed help with and made respectful recommendations that pushed us out of of our comfort zone. in the end, most of those recommendations are the ones we love the most. Can’t recommend her enough!

sO Interiors was fantastic! Susan did exactly what we wanted, and she was extremely accommodating to us and our needs. We actually hired her to do a condo in Ottawa while we were still living in Nunavut. Literally everything was done via email and phone and we were two friends owning this condo so she was working with both of us. Just her ability to do that speaks so much to her professionalism and flexibility. We were never there once during the entire process, putting our trust in Susan. Susan in turn kept us up to date via email and phone about the products she was selecting and any changes in style and pricing along the way. Finally, Susan was able to keep the budget within our limits by adjusting her plans, which we were so grateful for. And the finished product? Beautiful! Exactly what we hoped for, better really. Professional, friendly, efficient service from sOInteriors. We were very nervous about finding an interior designer. Now that we've discovered sOInteriors, we've decided to also give other living spaces a facelift! Susan Ozipko is guiding us seamlessly through the steps of design, thinking of all the details we never would have. Susan can coordinate all necessary materials and craftspeople to make sure our living spaces are welcoming, up to date, hard-wearing, and representative of our personalities. From our very first meeting with Susan we were so impressed with her creativity, professionalism and enthusiasm. Susan was so open with communication, suggesting colors and furniture and working with our personal input and within our budget. Our experience with SO Interiors exceeded our expectations. My house needed extensive updating, but I was dreading the thought of shopping for cabinetry, tile, furniture, window treatments, lighting fixtures, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, and floor coverings. Sue was recommended to me and worked closely with my builder throughout the renovation. I'm very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone or hire her again myself.
