JoAnn is the best of the best! We are doing a new build and she is guiding us thru the project from the electrical, plumbing and of course overall design. She listens to her clients so that she can help them select their own personal style. Additionally, JoAnn incorporates some of the furniture you have with your new selections seamlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any design project!

We contacted JoAnn initially to help with paint colors and window treatments. JoAnn provided this help and more! We wanted to brighten the walls which we did. JoAnn suggested the perfect color. She also suggested some accent colors that really added interest to our rooms. We were really stuck with window treatments. JoAnn suggested Hunter Douglas window treatments which added a lovely softness to each room. We decided on Luminettes and Silhouettes in our living room, Duette sliding panel and shade in the kitchen and an Everwood blind in the guest room. The products met our needs for both form and function. It was quite the endeavor, and JoAnn supported us through every step, keeping track of production and delivery dates. She was present for both the measuring and installation of the blinds which was a great help and really minimized the effort needed on our part. JoAnn took all of our input into consideration and then guided us through the process of creating a coastal vibe throughout the house. She suggested better placement for our wall art, where to look for new items, and how frames and type of art would accent our home. She gave us lots of things to think about for future projects, and we certainly would call on her again for her help and input. All in all we had a pleasant and productive experience and made great strides toward making our home reflect our tastes.

JoAnn is talented, enthusiastic, energetic and always available when needed. She was key in transforming our home; with every room from floor to ceiling being touched. We asked for an improved layout and update for our modest, forty year old home. We wished to incorporate some "aging-in-place" changes, better lighting, and increased kitchen storage and counterspace. She fulfilled all these requests and more by transforming four small, crowded rooms into a mostly open floor plan, making it feel spacious and modern. JoAnn provided a inspired kitchen and pantry/dry-bar floorplan that we absolutely love. She recommended and guided Unique Touch Cabinets, who provided us with beautiful and quality cabinets we'll enjoy for years. The changes are in sync with our home and life style and we've received nothing but complements. Our tiny master bath is now open, modern and will even accommodate a walker should the need arise. We now have brilliant lighting and all of our electric has been brought to code. There are too many positive details to list but suffice it to say, we are very happy and hope to continue our relationship with Southeast Interior Design, as needed in the future.

Joann is an absolute dream to work with. She’s an incredibly talented interior designer and active listener. We have been involved in a number of projects with Joann. She always delivers for her clients--going above and beyond what they ever imagined. Creative thinking-- outside the box. We started from scratch with designing wall units and display cases for their home. She worked closely with Schrapper's Fine Cabinetry, the contractor, trades and client to make great decisions that worked aesthetically as well as functionally. She guided the whole process and we found her to be straightforward and honest. She listened to the client and the furniture designer (Schrapper's) and found ways to work together in the best possible way. The display for the client's artwork was a collaboration between Joann, the client and Schrapper's. They now have an amazing home filled with furniture to display their collections and artwork, rugs, accessories, lighting and everything in between. She is one of the most talented designers that we have worked with. She’s one of the best!

Joann is absolutely fabulous. She has a great eye for color, furniture and picture placement. She opened up our rooms by moving the furniture to where I would never have thought to put it. I also had her pick the tile for our bathroom remodel, which came out like a high end spa, yet stayed within my budget! I can't say enough about how happy I am to have chosen her for my decorating needs. She was very easy to work with in terms of being available also. I HIGHLY recommend her for all your design and decorating needs. She gave me home the "wow" factor!

JoAnn was extremely helpful in helping us decide on furniture that would fit properly into our new villa and also helped us pick,out paint colors so,that we wouldn't have to redo it again and again. She is very professional and we love how our villa,turned out.

JoAnn helped us with interior design services on a home we purchased a number of years ago and did such a good job we hired her again when we built our new home. She has a great sense of color, scale, style and function and has the ability to keep all within a budget.
