Designers Paula, Kay and Ali worked together to create a beautiful new living room for our home. They guided me through the process of selecting upolstered pieces that were not only pleasing to the eye but also very comfortable. They helped me choose pieces that fit our space without feeling crowded and worked well with what I wanted to keep from the old decor. Ali and the delivery boys did a wonderful job of carefully placing the furniture in the room without a scratch or dent to the entry way. They hung the pictures and metal sculpture on the walls and created a finished room in about an hour while my husband and I relaxed with our feet up on the new ottoman. We are very happy customers who will recommend Spencer Carlson to all of our friends. We are enjoying our beautiful new living room.

It is with great pleasure that I may give a review of Spencer Carlson. I hired Spencer Carlson in October 2014 to do a complete remodel of a home I purchased in Kennewick Washington.I did not ask their rate nor did I ask for references as their sterling reputation in our community was more than enough . I knew that anything they touched would be beautiful! I told them that I wanted to do whatever was necessary to make this home (which was already quite nice) a warm yet contemporary, comfortable, and gorgeous place for me to live and entertain my family and friends. I was not disappointed. From our first meeting until the present time they provide(d) me with timely, thoughtful and unique ideas. They called upon their many contacts in our community as well as product resources to create a systematic,well-planned design that allowed me to move in right on schedule to a beautifully designed decorated and reconstructed home, Paula Spencer, one of the principals, was my primary designer along with another designer, Tammy, met with me at my convenience on a regular basis. Both ladies were always prepared with samples, floor plan layouts, color charts, furniture and concept choices, as well as several possible alternatives. They would personally meet with and remain with the various sub-contractors so no damage would happen to the home or furniture., They also make sure the work was completed to their satisfaction. It also freed me from having to take off work. They were even gracious enough to come to my home to coordinate with suppliers that I hired which were not part of the services they were providing, so that it was not necessary for me to come home from work. In my family room I accidentally bumped my leather recliner into the glass topped table between the two chairs. This in turn knocked the table over cutting a slit into the leather and knocking the table into the newly installed window treatment damaging the duettes and significantly damaging the window casings. I called Paula and within a very few days she had contractors repair the window shades, refinish the damaged drywall and repair the leather chair.The chair is perfect and the the rest of the damage that I created no longer exists. They are amazing! My home is a dynamic, work in progress wherein I call upon this company continuously to add new bookcases (which they designed, bid out, and had built) lamps, bedding, paintings etc. Their ideas are "fresh" and specific to what "I" want, not what they happen to have on the show room floor. Every member of their team from the designers to their installers and maintenance personnel are courteous, clean, and respectful. I strongly recommend Paula and her team to anyone looking for fantastic designers and decorators. I feel very fortunate to have this wonderful resource in our community. Jerry Abrams

It is my utmost pleasure to write a review of Spencer Carlson Unlimited Inc. I am in the process of upgrading/remodeling several rooms in my home. The design expertise I have received from Spencer Carlson has been immeasurable. From choosing materials and paint colors to furniture pieces and remodeling advice, their counsel has been invaluable in saving me time and money. The fantastic part of all of this, however, has been how they have LISTENED to me, and guided/chosen things for me I WOULD like, rather than what they might prefer. It is amazing how in tune they are with my likes and preferences. Katie and Carolyn have been honest with me when I solicit their opinion, and candid when they felt I might be choosing something I may not like long term. I appreciate how much they listen to me, and guide me in choices that reflect what I am looking for. They truly want their clients to be happy and they strive for that outcome in all their dealings with the client. Their taste is impeccable, and I think my home is now a reflection of me and their outstanding design expertise. I appreciate how organized and on the ball they are; always steps ahead of what needs to be done next. They always go the extra mile for their clients! Above all, however, they are just really nice, honest, down-to-earth people that I enjoy having the privilege of working with. The entire design team at Spencer Carlson is outstanding, and I simply can't recommend them highly enough. They have made this project of mine a breeze to navigate!
