i met susan about 10 years ago when making small changes to my home style and feel. she was such an inspiration. thoughtful, detailed and full of fantastic ideas. Fast forward to my new home .Could never have had such success without her. i am hands on and she was there with her special inspiration, enthusiasm and talent. She brought all her talent to my home and let me have the home I never imagined. She is simply the best.

Having worked with Susan on a small project, when I purchased my forever home I instantly asked Susan of Susan Cohen Design to join my team in completely reimagining a 3200 sf ft condo. She assisted with all aspects of the project, including architecture, construction, and all elements of design- flooring, lighting, tile and stone elements for the kitchen and bathrooms, window coverings, wall coverings and furniture selection. Susan is a consummate professional with extraordinary talent with color and texture and has exquisite taste. The goal was to utilize my art and decorative pieces to create a calm and serene space. She immediately understood the vibe I wanted to create, listened to me and incorporated my tastes. Susan is a joy to work with; she is creative, fun, lively and well established in the design community. I heartily recommend her services. Susan is the best!

Susan Cohen To submit a review of Susan Cohen is easy and a pleasure Do you know of homes that lift your spirits whenever you enter them? That’s how I found Susan Cohen. Susan had decorated two of my friend’s residences, and I had no idea that she had done both. She recently completed my apartment and I am now delighted every time I come home. Couple of things which come to mind about my experience: 1.Trust her taste and judgement. Susan has passion, enthusiasm, vision, focus, a sense of color and balance that a Feng Shui master would aspire to. The furniture, carpets, drapes and accessories she chose had me bamboozled and concerned until everything finally arrived and was assembled. Susan did purchase a couple of accessories on her own accord which I felt were over the top however after a few days living with them I concluded they were brilliant and kept them. We did go over budget, but it was well worth it. Susan charges no markups on her selections and passes on her decorator discounts to her clients. 2.Susan is organized, thorough, and knows how to get things done. After decades in business she is on top of her game in terms of her knowledge, research and resources. 3.Susan is a therapist when required. As mentioned above there were times when I questioned her choices and there were misunderstandings and problems with delays. Susan calmly resolved everything. She actualy insisted that I leave my home for a few hours, so she could supervise installation, hanging of artwork etc. on the final day. A brilliant move! I would recommend Susan Cohen without any hesitation whatsoever. I wish I would have met her before I hired the last decorator I used a few years ago!
