Susie Novak Interiors

Susie Novak is a talented interior designer. She has degrees in art and interior design. These degrees compliment each other with her projects. I have followed her from the charity Orchid Gardens luncheon project in New York City to a film clip sponsored by the Benjamin Moore painting company. This film featured the utilization her expert design skills in her beautiful home. I have had Susie assist me with colors for interior painting in my home as well as lighting and furniture. All of her plans for my home have been excellent. She is pleasant and demonstrates appropriate values. I highly recommend her for consultation and projects.

Working with Susie was a great experience. Last fall we completed a remodel and at the start I reached out to her for help with paint/wallpaper choices, furniture layout, and design elements. After our first meeting, she instantly understood my style and elevated it with her design proposal. She has an impeccable eye for color. The rooms we chose to paint/wallpaper are stunning. She designed built-ins in keeping with the style of the house. She is mindful of your budget and will incorporate any existing furniture/rugs/lighting you want to keep. We decided to change a few things at the start of the pandemic and she was flexible and understanding. I highly recommend working with Susie and her team. She will make your home beautiful, cohesive, and a reflection of you.

I worked with Susie to change my living room space from a mismatched furniture / kids 'clutter zone' into a serene, functional and beautiful (but still family friendly) space. Susie was patient and came up with some great ideas to incorporate and work around the pieces of furniture/rug we wanted to keep, and taking into account my clumsy young children. I now enjoy this space every day and am so happy with my organized and beautifully designed family living room, thank you Susie!

Susie helped us with our interiors of our new home in San Francisco. Susie has an incredible eye for design and walked us through every step of the process. She provided us with amazing options for furniture, art, etc etc and was extremely hands on with ordering and delivery. We loved working with Susie and highly recommend her!

I lived in my condo for almost 20 and I knew that for me to sell the place I had to reveal the diamond underneath the faded exterior. I decided to redo the bathroom (shower, vanity, flooring, lights), kitchen (cabinets counter top, back splash), fireplace tile, and new carpet and new paint throughout Susie did a great job on my condo-remodeling project. She took the time to source materials with me by visiting many of the suppliers. Her input translated into a finished product that impressed many if not all viewers when they saw the unit at the open house. I had a fabulous experience working with Susie. I had recently moved into a newly built high rise apartment in San Francisco and needed HELP. Modern and new were never my vibe but my husband's dream. Susie did an amazing job working with me to create a "Modern but Comfortable/Cozy" vibe for our place which I am in LOVE with. Susie does a great job understanding what her clients want/need and making that vision come to life, while staying within the budget. She introduced me to vendors I hadn't worked with before and nicely mixed items worth splurging on and items that could save me some money. Susie also helped me understand some of the design basics and pushed me out of my comfort zone with some amazing hombre wall paper in my entry way. I highly recommend Susie for anything that your home needs help with.

Susie was a delight to work with! She has an incredible, unique eye for design and truly transformed our home. Susie took the time to listen to our needs and understand how we wanted to use and live in our space. Our design process was quite long, and Susie showed patience and creativity throughout the entire process. Susie was not shy to push our thinking, and helped us take a few risks that we would not have otherwise...which turned out to really make our home special. Highly recommend!

Susie helped us to choose all the finishings for a small bathroom addition. Working with Susie was great. She worked from a set of architectural drawings and an inspiration picture, and we were very happy with the result. She was very knowlehhdgeable about all of the available options and really took the time to explain everything to us. We really relied on her experience because we had no experience with this kind of project. She was very responsive to email questions and was very helpful when we met in person to go over all of the choices. She also created drawings of the finished space that the contractors then used. Overall we would definitely recommend Susie to anyone.
