She brought on a highly successful and licensed General Manager and Project Manager to oversee all remodel and building details from permits, to codes, quality of work, meeting deadlines, understanding budgets, and to ensure all subs are licensed and performing their duties as required. Scheduling, along with onsite management are details that make or break the success of a project. Syd manages all interior design details. She will hold the hand of her clients from start to finish. Her job is to help the client accomplish their design dreams while guiding them in making sound decisions that will allow for years of visual-design success. She supports the client in getting what they want, not what she wants them to have.
