As one of her original clients, we engaged Terri to design the entire upper floor of our newly purchased hilltop home in Carmel Valley. From the start of this five-month project, Terri asked questions about our concepts and expectations and offered her suggestions only after a detailed discussion about melding our ideas with hers. The entire upper floor was gutted and rebuilt in what Terri described as “country-Asian fusion”, and the effect was stunning. A wall was removed to open up a view of Carmel Bay upon entering through the front door, and vertical bamboo flooring was chosen for its beauty and durability. A half-bath was remodeled with a Chinese cabinet modified to accommodate a gorgeous ceramic sink. Terri put most of her effort into our new kitchen, and many visitors have described it as one of the nicest they’ve seen. The slate back splash design with integrated brass inserts and faux-painted electrical switches and receptacles blended beautifully with the granite counter tops. With new French doors and an expanded window over the updated stainless steel sink, the view from the kitchen improved dramatically. Finally, Terri designed a beautiful island with seating for four that replaced an outdated pantry and counter combination. The flow from the kitchen through the family room to the formal dining area and living room made entertaining a breeze. With Terri’s new embedded ceiling lighting design, we gained zone control for four new areas while preserving some old-growth redwood paneling that really defined the two upstairs living spaces. A pair of oriental carpets tied the living spaces together, and the overall effect was exactly what we had in mind. Terri is talented, budget-minded, and accurate with her timelines. We couldn’t have been more pleased with her re-design of our home, and we highly recommend Terri to anyone seeking an innovative and thoughtful design of living spaces.

My husband and I recently moved into Park Lane. We moved from a very large home into a, less that 1000 sq. foot, apartment. Terri designed a lanai that is beautiful, it gives our living space a very open feeling. Some of our most cherished furnishings, that had been collected over many years, were incorporated into our new home. Terri and her crew were very respectful and professional. All work was completed on time and within the budget that we had established. Our transition was very comfortable. We are enjoying our new life at Park Lane. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Terri.

Terri was the best I've ever had. She LISTENED and never forced her opinions on me. She bought beautiful things for my approval....but with an eye on the cost, always attempting to save me money.Everything she brought me I've loved and have kept..Her experience and knowledge were beyond compare and our tastes were so similar (at least she made me feel that way). I miss her terribly, having moved to another state, but still have all her precious contributions surrounding me. I thank her in my heart every day

First off, I loved every thing she did! She listened and collaborated with me to achieve the style and image that most pleased me. She remodeled the kitchen by painting the existing cabinetry, adding unique hardware, replaced counter surface with granite slab and custom designed backsplash using unique and complementary decorative tiles. I get many complements on the tile design! The bedroom was also remodeled and what I appreciated most was she used two Indonesian hangars for yummy fabric I loved and was set on and then coordinated new bedding fabrics around it. I was impressed by how hard and tenacious she was in developing a difficult paint color to coordinate with my fabric. She is a very talented designer and I recommend her highly.

You know you are in exceptionally good hands with Terri Wolfson. Her gentle kindness and her dependable honesty make her a joy to work with. Terri’s knowledge and use of color astounds me. My all-beige condo in a senior residential community nearly burst with pleasure when she painted the walls a beautiful blue-green. Then she added artistic furnishings, decor and commissioned fine art which stimulate my senses. No one works harder or produces a finer quality of environment than Terri.

I highly recommend Terri. I started with a blank slate--needed furniture, paint, accents as well as a remodel project encompassing a bedroom and new bath. Terri grasped my vision for the home immediately and was a pleasure to work with. She has creative ideas and is able to tap resources for the most current products and craftspeople for implementation. She designed a gorgeous bathroom that is the quintessential upscale beach theme retreat. Terri worked with my builder and subcontractor to implement the remodel as I was often unavailable. She is detail oriented, professional and fun! I love my new home and I know the joy is a result of her guidance in creating a calm, lovely atmosphere. Update 1/16/2018: I have continued to work with Terri over the past several years. She designed and implemented replacement of several bathroom countertops and backsplashes, and my kitchen countertop and backsplash. The new counters needed to work with existing cabinetry and tile. She found options that work beautifully in the rooms—one would never guess these finishes were not part of the rooms when constructed. I just love these updates and they took my home into the 21st century.

Terri Wolfson designed my home environment - moving walls to provide more open space. She then designated flooring and furnishings. Her color designations as well as art choices are beautiful. I am totally happy with. her work and would recommend her to anyone wanting to improve and enjoy a fresh, new and inspiring home environment.

Terri has been my Interior Designer for nearly a decade. Each project has always exceeded my expectations. She is an extremely gifted and talented designer who has an eye for selecting fabulous artwork for her clients. Terri of T. W. Wolfson coordinated colors in a master bathroom for us. We were attempting to avoid removing a significant amount of ceramic tilework. She was able to shift the focus of colors away from the tile while creating a beautiful, serene and functional room. She furher introduced art that shifted the focus away from the tile. She saved us a considerable amout of money by not having to remove and replace the tilework. We consider her a color genius as well as a delight to work with.

Terri Wolfson and I have worked on a number of wonderful projects together. Her approach to each one is always fresh and factors in the client's desires. Her professionalism sets her apart with years of experience to draw upon. When she begins a new project, I know it will always be interesting and fun!
