As a local Orange County stair fabrication contractor we work with several Interior Design firms, but working with Debbie Talianko made our job easy. She has good ideas and a clear design direction as to how a project will look once it's completed. We are very happy and pleased with our kitchen and laundry remodel thanks to Debbie. Her talents shined with her custom design of our wood cut out cabinets and hood, selection of timeless decor, and marrying the countless decisions into one effortlessly elegant kitchen/laundry room. Full disclosure here, the demolition fell on the same week as Covid stay at home orders. Yikes. However, the construction crew never missed a beat. Debbie had everything selected and ordered in advance. We finished on time! Professional, wonderfully calm demeanor, wealth of knowledge and practicality.

Debbie was the perfect designer/creator/supervisor/partner and therapist (!) to work with my wife and I on the re-do of the first floor of our house. She patiently walked us through the entire process and kept the trains running on-time and on-budget in spite our frequent tendency to change our minds. My own design contributions were implemented where feasible and reimagined when necessary, too. She introduced us to incredibly talented and detail-oriented sub-contractors who took great pains to complete our shared visions. As a result, we have an all-new living room, family room and bar that are above and beyond what we had hoped when we started the process a year ago. And we had a lot of fun together along the way. What more can you ask?

Remodeling my kitchen had been a pandora box of unending decision making. I had been so lucky to have Debbie on my side to maneuver through this seemingly overwhelming adventure. Guided by her vast experience and talent as interior designer, it had been an surprisingly positive experience. Her ability to listen helped find solutions, best suited for our own style and needs. She made me confident in my decisions and my family and I could not be happier with the overall result. Most of all it had been a pleasure being around her calm and delightful personality. She responded quickly and was available for questions or for home visits if needed.

I remodeled the kitchen, living room and two bathrooms, starting with an architectural designer and contractor. There was a fundamental design challenge with the living room layout (where to put the TV in a 1937 living room with fireplace and bay window). When Debbie joined the team she came up with a fabulous design idea to solve this problem, and the architect and contractor figured out how to implement it. Debbie started with finding a color scheme that I liked, then designed the new look for furniture, window coverings, rugs, for every room in the house. I had never worked with an interior designer before, but Debbie blended my sentimental objects and family heirlooms with a new look and it all works really well and is super-comfortable. She and her team were great to work with – they made it easy for me because I didn’t have time to spend shopping, they brought it all to me. Great professionals to work with. I highly recommend them!

I am a very frustrating client! I know nothing of design, fabrics or materials! Debbie and Natalie were so patient with me, teaching me how to update my home and make it beautiful and useful. They have outstanding judgement, are fabulously organized and are very nice people. The results are gorgeous and we love it all.

We tasked Mrs. Talianko to work with unfamiliar contractors and she used tact and flexibility to direct them with aplomb. Mrs. Talianko’s staff, designer Ms. Natalie Lord and office manager Ms. Katie Kelly, are superb assistants who kindly provide information and guidance at a moment’s notice. For many years we've lived with randomly purchased, mismatched furniture, but when we finished remodeling our home, I wanted the family, dining and living rooms to look cohesive. Debbie Talianko and her team achieved exactly that, with superb grace and style. She took into consideration our lifestyle, pets, direct sunlight (or lack of) and existing color schemes throughout the house to put together three rooms that feel comfortable and appropriate. The furniture and furnishings are top level and will last for many years. A wonderful investment.

I had one of their designer come to my home to help choose paint colors for the entire house, inside & out, as well as give me decorative ideas. I had the entire house painted using the colors the designer suggested. I have also done almost all of the other advice, such as type of fixtures, window coverings, etc. I have found that the designers’s advice was “right on”. I love everything we have done and the paint colors are fabulous! The first couple of rooms we painted, I tried the color as was suggested, but they were always just what I was looking for, so I even stopped testing. My painter remarked in every room, what a great color choice the paint was. I am so happy I consulted with this design group. The experience was fun and so helpful. It was well worth the money spent.
