Great service: Prompt delivery and the DIY videos sufficiently explained how to install & how to paint the Talissa Decor 'planks'. We needed to cover a deck-like metal ceiling. The most economic solution we found was to try the Talissa Decor 'planks'. Excellent results! Suggestions: We found the 'planks' sides & ends needed a little fine sanding so we set up two work stations: One station (a kitchen table) for finely sanding each plank & one station (covered card table) for gluing 4-5 planks at a time. The system worked easily & efficiently. We highly recommend this product for new construction as well as renovations.

By no fault of their own, the package I received from Talissa Decor, which was supposed to be decorative ceiling tiles, turned out to be hammered gold plates! Not what I expected but they handled the issue wonderfully! Most likely the box was tampered with and labels were swapped within the shipping company used.. However Talissa Decor immediately responded to my concern and sent a new shipment of the tiles I had ordered so I wouldn't have to wait. Great customer service!

Absolutely love the tiles! We used two different ones in our storefront and WOW what a difference! Amazing transformation! Great compliment to our vintage and antique furniture and really makes our crystal lighting pop! Super easy install in our drop ceiling. Have recommended Talissa Decor to many of my customers who can’t believe its faux tin! Everyone is impressed!!
