One of the things I appreciated the most about this interior designer contractor was their attention to detail. They paid close attention to every aspect of the project, from the color scheme to the furniture selection. The end result was a beautiful and functional space that exceeded my expectations.

I’ve worked with a variety of interior designers/decorators over my 40 years of homeownership, and Sherry is without a doubt the most talented, creative and personable. Sherry listened to our ideas, asked many questions to better understand our taste, and developed a plan to update/revitalize a large portion of our home. We are thrilled with the way she utilized our English antiques while incorporating lighter, more modern furniture, rugs and accessories. Sherry has an incredible sense of proportion as well as an eye for mixing patterns and colors. She also has ideas—both practical and creative—that we’d never thought of. At least once a week, either my husband or I will say, “Didn’t Sherry have a great idea when she suggested we do X?” In addition to all this, Sherry is fun to work with and is very responsive to phone calls and texts. I highly recommend her.

Terravista is simply the best kept design secret in the Houston Metro area! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sherry on two separate major home remodels/design projects over the last fifteen years and love the timeless elegance of the results. Sherry is very patient during the initial consultation to understand her clients vision, tastes, budget and practical function for the space. She is phenomenal at bringing together her clients desires into a fresh design with a timeless quality. While any remodel can be stressful at times, Sherry is very hands on and proactive in addressing any problems or client concerns in a proactive and professional manner.

Sherry Millen has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is insightful, creative and sweet. We were at wits end attempting to make decisions on our own. My husband was controlling and cynical towards interior designers. Sherry was able to step in, assess our vision, and show us options that exceeded that vision. We are now so pleased with the “jewel box” of a home that she designed versus the drab, dated, house that we used to live in. My husband is now one of Sherry’s biggest advocates.

My design idea was unique and eccentric. I told Sherry about a shower I had taken in the Maldives and wanted to duplicate that feeling. All she had was my vague description form memory so I gave her very little to work with. Her design ended being even better than I could have imagined. Every day I wake up and go to bed beyond relaxed thanks to my master bath designed by Sherry at Terravista Interior Design Group. It truly is an absolute show piece.I was so impressed I had her redesign 2 guest bathrooms and 3 other bedrooms in my home which I love. The only thing I wished I had done differently is had Sherry design the whole house. Next time ;)

Sherry was able to help me accomplish a huge task of interior design which was helping me find a design that suited both my husband and my very different styles and made my house look beautiful, appear more open, and functional. She listened very well without any judgements and was able to check all my boxes and then some. She was very responsive and works fast. I love how she made my new house feel like a home. Sherry, from Terravista, spent 2 hours at our home giving us overall design advice. We primarily wanted her design eye and suggestions for our kitchen but she also provided additional ways to improve our space with our current furnishing and suggested additions. Sherry was fun and it was easy to communicate our ideas. She helped this couple merge two very different styles. I highly recommend Terravista.

We love them! Terravista interior design group helped us design and remodel our kitchen & butler’s pantry, and also create a dry bar. We enjoyed the whole process, and absolutely loved the finish product. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, but the idea of taking on these projects ourselves was very daunting. However, we knew Sherry and Ramona, of Terravista interior design group were the right people to take these projects on. We initially met with the group and walked them through the spaces, and let them know what we were thinking overall. They asked some questions, took some measurements and pictures, and offered some ideas based on what we wanted, and after seeing the actual spaces. We really appreciated their feedback and ideas, because there were some things they suggested we never thought about doing, and those ideas really completed the finished spaces. After that we sent them a lot of photos of spaces we liked & disliked, and then Sherry walked us through the proposed drawings and plan for each space. We loved them, and got started on making them a reality. The process went pretty smoothly overall, with very minor challenges that popped up. All of the contractors were very professional and easy to work with. We were also pleased with their quality of work as well. Sherry helped us out a couple of times by meeting up with the contractors to let them in when I got sick, and we had to help a family member that had recent surgery. This took a huge weight off our shoulders, as remodeling itself can be stressful as it is. It was such a great experience, and we could not be more happy and in love with the finished projects. Every space is even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We love using each space now, and our friends and family think the spaces make our entire house feel brand new, and even more inviting. We ended up being on time, and in budget as well. We would do it all again, and are so thankful to Terravista interior designs for helping us create such beautiful spaces. Kristi & Frank

Working with Sherry was great! She helped me with an overall concept for decorating my new home, and with purchasing beautiful furnishings and great accessories. She was very mindful of my budget and I was very happy we accomplished everything in about 3 months. After I moved into another home, she was even able to order a second custom chair for me to match a custom chair she had helped me with a couple of years earlier!

I had the privilege of working with Sherry on a couple of projects in my home, from helping me complete my living room and dining room, making a "mudroom" area in the hallway by my garage door, to completely re-designing my media room. Sherry was fun to work with and really listened to how my family lives in the home. We even sat on couches, how my family would sit on them, to make sure we picked out the perfect one for the media room.
