Sally McFalls is the finest interior designer there is. I have been a client of The Cottage Door since its inception. Sally has created a warm and beautiful home for us. I have called on her for many projects over the years, our most recent makeover was to redo the kitchen and living room. Her selection of color and fabrics, tile, wall coverings, artwork and furniture is amazing. She is fun to work with, keeps to a project budget and has the best eye for color coordination.

Sally and her team were exceptional to work with. She listened intently to my small list of wants and was able to come back to me with a design that is perfect for our home and family. She took the stress away of picking fabrics, textures, designs, and colors. Our living room has exceeded it's potential and we are in awe of it daily. I hired her again to redo our daughter's room, which turned out amazing. She kept me informed and updated the whole process and was kind and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to turn their room into something spectacular.

I had Sally McFalls of The Cottage Door Interiors, Knoxville, TN to redecorate my "great room" and kitchen. I had bought a new carpet with a cream background and a lot of light orchid in the center medallion and elsewhere on the rug along with rose and green pastels. I have always loved the color purple and orchid and wanted to play up this color. My rooms are beautiful! Sally had several room layouts that she showed my husband and myself, all expertly done on the computer, along with various samples of different fabrics for us to look at. She did not "push" the most expensive fabric, but let us decide what "look" we liked best. She also accessorized my bookcases to coordinate the look along with silk flowers & pictures and gave us a generous discount. We are so proud of our rooms and I feel like I have a "parade" home. I would recommend The Cottage Door to anyone who would like a sensational look. I also gained a very good friend in the process.

Sally McFalls and The Cottage Door have designed and furnished the last three houses that we have had. She is always such a pleasure to work with and strives to work within your perimeters whether they be style, color, desires or financial. She has done two of our homes from the ground up and a third remodeling. Everyone who has come into one of our homes over the past 28 years has delighted in our furnishings and the style and warmth. All of that credit goes to Sally and The Cottage Door Interiors. I would never consider using anyone else to make my house a home.

The Cottage Door Interiors is a great company to do business with. The owner, Sally McFall, was a joy to work with. She listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push me into choices I didn't want or wasn't ready for. She worked within my budget and on my schedule. The workmanship on the window treatments and upholstery projects was top quality. The final product exceeded my expectations and was better than what I could have accomplished on my own. I highly recommend this company for all your decorating needs.

Design work throughout home-basic plannper room, drapes designed, floor planning, furniture bought, rugs, lamps, mantle designed , paint, etc. my whole basement was redesigned, walls taken down, kitchen designed. Sally the owner was respectful of my time and thoughts. Gave me 2-3 choices for each projects. My house looks beautiful and completely pulled together.

Sally helped us with every aspect of our custom built home from day one and we could not be happier. The colors, textures, finishes and designs she chose are perfect and timeless. Our personal style is very different than most but she has done an amazing job translating our "Old Town Prague" style into a beautiful, functional home.We are now buying a second home in West Palm Beach which will be totally different than our Tennessee house, Sally is leading that charge too, I wouldn't have it any other way!

Project was a makeover and update of a kitchen, breakfast room, powder room and family room. Sally McFalls provided a palette of colors, fabrics, and wall paper and computer drawings of the plans. She also provided excellent vendors to paint the kitchen cabinets, hang the wallpaper, sew drapes and pillows, and re-upholster furniture. Several pieces of custom furniture, a rug, and a lighting fixture were ordered through her business. Sally is very talented and respectful of a customer's budget and timeline. She is very warm and personable and very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Sally and her wonderful team have helped my husband and me remodel and redecorate our 40 year old condo. We kept most of the furnishings and accessories that we have accumulated over the last 48 years. She worked miracles using our old things, adding a few new pieces, up-dating the color palette, arranging things in new and creative ways,... Her attitudes, talents, and ethics are impeccable. She, Stephanie, and Josh have been a joy to work with. Charlie and I will enjoy the fruits of their labor and all the many details, love, and care they brought to our home for the rest of our days!
