Because you do not need new everything to love coming home. Designing your home does not have to cost a fortune and take forever to be fabulous. We redesign with your things and nicely priced new things to make home your happy place.
Keeping up with the Joneses and climbing ladders used to be our thing. Until one day it dawned on us that the Joneses are not happy. So we said goodbye, climbed down the ladder, and headed to Charlotte to begin again.
We sold our big house in New England almost twenty years ago. On purpose. So we could afford to start over and do what we love for a living. A choice we never regret. We downsized, rescued a dog, redesigned our garage into a teen cave that HGTV and Apartment Therapy loved, raised two happy boys, became football parents #GoDucks, empty nested, downsized again, and learned that everything we really need, we already have. So do you. The people, the stories, the memories and the things you already have and love make your house your home.
Our easy approach to design and fierce determination to exceed expectations found success. We redesign homes all over the country and receive high praise. Accolades, awards and articles are awesome, we are honored and grateful. But the credit really belongs to the ones who believe before you believe in yourself. You are only as good as your people.
