Our process reflects our collaborative approach. The relationship we develop with our clients is of the utmost importance and it is what separates us from others. We start by asking our clients how they want to use their new space and we carefully listen to their feedback. Then we ask about their tastes and preferences and even their dislikes. Theo & Isabella encourages them to be part of the design process and together we create rooms that reflect the client’s individuality. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail. Every project is personally managed. Theo & Isabella works hand-in-hand with drapery and upholstery workrooms, craftsmen and specialized dealers to assure the highest quality craftsmanship. I have used Theo and Isabella design professionals Susan and Scott for my 2 homes. They have exquisite taste and really try to find what I want or something similar. I have no hesitation in referring them to other friends and highly recommend them for making your home look beautiful!

I initially contacted Scott and Susan to help me refresh a few rooms. Overnight the project turned into a full house redo when smoke damage from a fire necessitated a complete rethinking of everything. Their input was invaluable in selecting a new color palette, adding architectural features and decorative touches I wouldn't have thought of, but which make a huge difference, selecting new upholstered furniture, rugs, flooring and window treatments. They worked with the furniture we were able to salvage and wanted to keep. Because the scope of the project was unexpected, our thoughts evolved over time as we considered options. Scott and Susan listened to our ideas and were always professional, patient, and thoughtful. Ultimately, we got the lighter, calmer, simpler interior we were looking for. I highly recommend this team.

My husband and I have been using the design services of Theo and Isabella Design Group for more then ten years. The first project involved downsizing from a single family home to a new construction town home. In addition to the obvious design decisions and selections that go along with new construction - Susan and Scott seamlessly worked with a few cherished furnishings and incorporated them into the new design. They really listened and perfectly understood our desire to have a look consistent with "lighter, brighter, fresher". A recent project consisted of the design and install of a home office space complete with custom built-in bookcase units and all furnishings. From the accessories to the art work to custom ribbon board - Susan and Scott execute with attention to detail. Within the last year we again hired Susan and Scott to oversee the renovation of a newly purchased property - assisting with a kitchen renovation, design of mudroom and built-ins, flooring selections, hardware, light fixtures etc. We highly recommend Susan and Scott of Theo and Isabella Design Group.

Theo and Isabella design are highly professional who listen to their clients and execute a polished, beautiful finished product. When you meet with them they listen to what you desire or the vision you have. They then tailor their creativity to create a room or house full of rooms to meet your wishes. Not only do they have exquisite taste and style but they know what complements and goes together. I have never had a design flaw with them. I have used them extensively from updating a bedroom to outfitting an entire house from frame to finish. They made the process seamless. After consultation they had an idea of my style and were ready to implement my vision. They do a good job of staying on budget. I highly recommend them for any project. They are extremely honest and trustworthy partners. I always feel that have my best interest at heart.

Theo and Isabella Design Group are consummate professionals. Scott and Susan make interior design fun and stress-free. Their creativity not only helped me maximize my budget, but also gave me confidence to mix colors and prints in way that I might not otherwise have dared. They absolutely nailed my family's style! I especially appreciate Scott & Susan's willingness to serve almost as a general contractor might, coordinating carpenters to construct built-in bookshelves, painters to apply finishing touches, electricians to install lighting, and professionals to install wallpaper, tile, and window treatments--all on time! They're well-connected in all of these areas, and they handled all of the details, which made the whole process very smooth and convenient for me. I'm planning several new projects for the coming years, and I can't wait to work with Susan and Scott again!
