Suzie is a wonderful and talented designer with a great attitude. I have used Suzie for big projects and small projects. Suzie helped with our master bedroom and bathroom remodel which included completely rearranging the walls to design a more usable space. She also has helped us pick out furniture and spruce our house up with new items. For big and small projects, Suzie listens to our needs and helps us create our vision. She doesn't only go to what is on trend or popular at the moment. She really listens to the client and makes your vision come to life. She is also available and highly responsive during construction to help with those last minute questions that you may have never thought of! I will continue to use Suzie for our home and highly recommend her.

With her skilled expertise, efficiency and her numerous sources from many quality manufacturers we ended up with a beautiful remodeled home. TLB recently designed and helped us complete full remodels of three bathrooms in our home. I am elated with the results. Suzie helped us choose beautifully upgraded materials while staying within our budget for the project. I particularly appreciated how well Suzie listened to what my vision was and provided selections that were on point. I was also pleased with her monitoring of the contractors throught the project and dealing with any issues as they arose. We are now collaborating on updates for other rooms in my home. Our 1970's Danville Ranch Style home needed a total makeover. We commissioned TLB Interiors for guidance with the remodel, new kitchen, baths, flooring, wall covering, paint choices and NEW FURNITURE! A total redo. What TLB did was turn my home into a modern retreat! We are so pleased with the entire project. Having used TLB for a larger commercial project, I was excited to use TLB again for my own home. And I thought I would receive the same level of service. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We received terrible customer service and only made it to the initial consultation phase before things fell apart. Suzie stated she would provide a detailed (1 to 1.5 hours) consultation for $250. During the consultation, she was only at our home for 20 minutes. At the end, she promised to get in touch with her contractor and prepare a design board. She sent over a proposal with no design board. When I asked about the design board, she stated she would only provide a mood board and we must have a signed contract before she would provide the design board (despite what she had told us during the consultation). When I expressed dissatisfaction with our interactions, she refused to fully refund the consultation fee. So, I essentially paid TLB for nothing. Very disappointed and will be using a different designer who has been much more transparent.

When my husband and I bought our ranch-style home, we knew that we wanted to transform the formal living room into a space that would be more usable for our family. But it soon became a holding cell for our overstuffed & miscellaneous furniture. It became a room that no one wanted to hang out in, not even the kids! After 3 years we decided it was time to create the "Bonus Room" -- an office/play area/second family room. But how to intertwine these 3 ideas was a daunting task and we needed help! We had never worked with a designer before, but Suzie helped us find our own décor taste. She has remarkable vision and a real talent for design. Suzie not only gave us the room we so desired, but she made the process interactive and fun! I felt very connected to all aspects of the project. Suzie oversaw the installation of brand new hardwood floors and carefully chose a wood stain that looks stunning in the Bonus Room (and our entire house!). She designed our custom built bookshelves and window seat, and worked with the cabinet maker to ensure perfection. She designed the window seat cushion, and referred us to a fantastic seamstress who beautifully executed the project. From the media center to seating to throw pillows to wall art, Suzie helped us pull it all together. We are absolutely thrilled with our Bonus Room, and it has become a family favorite that we all use now. I highly recommend Suzie. I have so enjoyed working with Suzie and appreciated her work that I've also enlisted her design help in my entry way, and for other pieces in 3 other rooms in my home! And I will definitely be working with her on future projects!
