After purchasing our condo in the Seaport in 2021, the thought of preparing it for move in while living full time in CT was overwhelming. Trevor quickly turned our anxiety into shear fun! We always looked forward to seeing the options he prepared for each room which included lighting, paint, wallpaper, window dressing, carpet designs, color palettes and of course furniture. Trevor is a Master at designing; we found out long after we chose some of our furniture and wallpaper that they were actually Trevors own designs! Even with full knowledge of our choices, entering our condo on “Reveal Day” was surreal. Trevor had every detail covered, from stunning bedding and accessories to flowers in each room, he turned our condo into a warm and welcoming home. Trevor is the best! He has a fabulous eye for style and is so much fun to work with. Our apartment was a blank canvas, and he made it beautiful and comfortable. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!!! We hired Trevor to turn our first house into a home. Trevor is a very creative professional and worked very patiently with us from the beginning to the end! We did a couple of revisions together and Trevor helped us picked what we were really looking for. We were so excited about the entire project and so was Trevor! He really listened to our preferences and desires and brought them to life! We did not have time to work with painter or electrician separately due to our busy schedule but Trevor took care of it all. His contractors were very professional as well, he was always on time, provided great communication and set the right expectations. I worked with Trevor on a condominium in South Boston. Trevor obviously cares deeply about the satisfaction of his clients and makes sure that every detail of the end product is a reflection of their desires. As a young surgeon, my life is dedicated to excellence in patient relationships and providing high quality care with immense attention to detail. When the time came to open my first surgical center Trevor was the obvious choice. I requested a Nantucket modern design maximizing natural light that would put patients at ease and feel clean while avoiding the typical cold and sterile atmosphere of a hospital. Trevor blew me away with his designs and professionalism. He is truly a remarkable talent and my patients are constantly commenting on how beautiful the office looks even years later. I was so pleased with the office that I recently asked Trevor to help design and furnish my Boston south end residence. It was a completely different concept but Trevor was once again excellent. Trevor Fulmer Designs helped us realize our vision for an updated Cape home that is a family friendly summer retreat. We engaged Trevor to update the interior of our 1990’s Cape home. We asked him to create a design that would incorporate additional seating with updated furniture, all while being mindful of the expansive windows to highlight the beautiful views. There were several heirloom items including an antique sailboat and dining chairs that we asked him to include. The process was truly collaborative, as he consistently listened to our ideas and incorporated them very effectively. His amazing design included the selection and spacing of furniture that maximized the efficient use of space. He provided a detailed layout that included photos of the selected pieces so were able to envision the space in its entirety. Trevor designed a beautiful yet functional space, that allowed our contemporary cape with an open floor plan, to include an unobstructed flow from the living area into the dining kitchen area. Each furniture piece fits beautifully in the space and provides a comfortable seating arrangement. Trevor highlighted the furniture with accent pillows, throws, and artwork strategically placed for maximum enjoyment. Color choices were impeccable, the light sand and navy colors were enhanced by a coral color used on pillows and throws. This color was also introduced in the lovely fabric selection on heirloom family chairs in the dining area. As the house is used primarily in the summer, the fireplace is seldom used. Interestingly, Trevor designed a lovey array of candles and lanterns in the firebox area which adds to a cozy ambience when lit on cooler Cape evenings. As you step in the door an elegant chest and a beautiful framed mirror greets guests. The chest cleverly hides shoes and flip flops from the beach and the mirror reflects light from the skylight above. This provided an elegant and creative solution to ensure the entryway is always welcoming to our guests. We love coming to the Cape, stepping in the door, and are thrilled, as we enjoy our “newly designed interior”. We have been complimented many times by our guests that our home exudes such warmth and charm. Trevor was a joy to work, with as he made the process a lot of fun and is a master when it comes to creative design. We look forward to working with him on future projects.
