In late January, 2020 we hired Pat to design and decorate the interior of our new apartment in Montreal. By mid-February she had completed the project - below budget and beyond expectations. She was very easy to work with - getting the initial plan approved, making the decisions we asked her to, consulting us when anything new came up (rarely), keeping us informed of progress, sharing (gorgeous!) photos and submitting a very comprehensive summary at the end. She thought of small things that make a difference and sourced beautiful yet affordable items. We're completely impressed and would highly recommend her without hesitation. The apartment is gorgeous, welcoming and comfortable.

Patricia transformed my tired-looking condo into a work of art! I had hired Patricia to furnish the unit and to give the master bathroom a makeover. First of all, she was extremely professional. Even before the first time we met in person, she had gone to take a look at the condo on her own initiative. As a result she came to our first meeting well-prepared and full of ideas. Not only did she have lots of very good suggestions on her own, she paid careful attention to my preferences and nailed exactly the style I was going for. Because I'm based overseas, Patricia made sure to post me frequently and regularly on the progress of the project. Patricia took the time to listen, and quickly captured what we wanted to achieve in our living room. She is meticulous with her measurements and rooms plans. She presented us with options that were both beautiful and functional but also some flexibility to pick out some of the stuff ourselves. The tradespeople she recommended did a nice job. I have had two superb experiences using Patricia's services. While both times were excellent, the most recent engagement encompassed, by far, an exception level of service. Due to my travel and work schedule, it had become increasingly difficult for me to prepare my home to be staged. Upon the consultation, Patricia got straight down to business. She started preparing tasks and working through ideas and within four days (while I am traveling), I was walking into a completely different apartment. She successfully packed, moved and stored all items that required such (including furniture) - I was able to coordinate payment for storage (as it required self-storage) within 5 minutes since Patricia had taken care of everything. The place was painted, cleaned, staged and ready for pictures in less than 5 days. That to me is incredible work and besides the quality and effort into the staging process itself, the level of anxiety and stress related to the process that was completely alleviated by working with Patricia left me with nothing but high regards and utmost appreciation for her service. After getting our house staged, we did not want to sell it anymore. The life present in our house after the staging was impressive. The greenery and colours added in different ways to each space made the house feel cozy and beautifully comfortable. Certain areas like the living room felt a little crowded with decoration, though. Other than that, the service was very professional and practical. It certainly made a big difference on the impression people had when visiting. Space organisation made the house seem bigger but it felt even more like home.

My real estate agent recommand Turnton Interiors for my home staging. I find Mrs Patricia Turnton very professional, competent, perfectionist down to the smallest details and of very agreeable company. The time we spent shopping is very enjoyable, like with a friend or family. She is very efficient, within 10 days or so, the project is completed, and, most important she has great taste. I am amazed how she gives a new life to the stuff I have sitting in my cupboards and wardrobes and how some of my furnitures are well rearranged. The day after my condo is listed on MLS I got a visit and after that had visits almost everyday and sometimes twice in the same day. I didn't expect that much interest in an unfavorable market and at the beginning of a slow season A week later I received 2 offers and accepted one. I attribute that success to the home staging because the pictures of my condo are stunning and are among the best now that i am on the market for my new place. I got very positive comments from real estate agents, potential buyers, family and friends. Although Mrs Turnton's efforts to respect my budget, the only negative critic i can make is that the experience ended costing a little more than i expected but it is well worth it. We hired Patricia after visiting a condo of our dear friends which had been totally retouched by Patricia. This is the style we were looking for after having tried two other designers. After a debriefing of our wants and needs, Patricia offered 3 canvases for our bedroom. From daring to more conventional, we were pleasantly surprised by her high level of creativity and her accurate understanding of our objectives. She brought specimens of rugs, wallpapers, cloths, mirrors, plants, various materials and pictures to show us what she had in mind. She is a good listener and adjusted well to our comments. She dared us, at times, to make some changes, rightly so. Once the bedroom project was finalized, we were so impressed, we hired her for the rest of our condo, she had seduced us with her design capabilities, we trusted her totally. She retouched our 2 bathrooms, living and computer rooms with the right dosage of style, class and comfort which exceeded our expectations. She arranged to add specific sculptures, paintings, plants and mirrors so the kitchen and dining room blend in well with the overall project. To mention that we are pleased with her work, is an understatement. We are very, very happy as it is a true reflection of what we were looking for. All in all, we have only one regret: not having met her sooner!

Patricia did an absolutely astonishing job revamping an apartment that a tenant had left in not very pretty condition...so much that I was not only able to revise the price, but also got 3 offers within a few days and sold ABOVE asking price. Once her staging was removed, the charm and charisma that sold the property so effectively just disappeared.
