TVL and Team Boots took our 1962 ranch and transformed it into a home we will never leave. We needed safe, functional, comfortable, durable, budget friendly and pretty for our family of four and they delivered in every way. The TVL experience elevates the design and build process. Team Boots are master craftsmen, Faris is a brilliant designer, and we are honored to have been part of the TVL experience. TVL is the best, without question.

Delilah at TVL was amazing, both with the design of my new master bath and project coordination from start to finish (and then some)! When I decided to do the project, it was overwhelming trying to decide what I wanted, where to find it, and who to hire to build it. I contacted TVL and started working on Delilah, who came up with amazing ideas for the design that were just what I wanted (and that I never would have come up with myself), helped me visualize the end result with renderings, and coordinated the build-out, including ordering all the finishes, handling delivery, and helping me select a great contractor. She made the project stress-free and enjoyable, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. I'm thrilled with the results and hope to work with Delilah and TVL again on the future!

Crystal and her TVL crew completed a full house renovation on our 1960’s ranch home. Every single surface was touched – walls, windows, interior and exterior doors, floors, and moldings. In addition, we renovated three bathrooms, the kitchen and laundry room and added a mudroom. Everything in the house was original to 1966, and badly in need of updating. The project would have been overwhelming for me to complete on my own – but in stepped Crystal to make it all a breeze. Crystal came up with amazing designs, selected colors and styles to make the whole house cohesive, oversaw construction and renovation, and even furnished the entire home down to the throw pillows. She suggested things that I would not have considered on my own - and I love them all!! I cannot overstate how pleased you will be to work with anyone at TVL, or any of their recommended contractors. Crystal recommended Angel, who was extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and easy to work with. We completed ALL OF THIS in about six months, and at every step Crystal and Angel made us feel that this was their most important project (although I know they had multiple projects in progress). I also believe that we received good value for our dollar, and that the cost of the project was reasonable and fair. I really believe that any money you spend for design assistance will more than be earned back because you will save tons of time and aggravation, and be spared your bad choices and mistakes. A good designer, like Crystal, helps you avoid costly mistakes and projects that don't turn out quite like you envisioned. You will not be disappointed if you work with TVL. Crystal is incredibly energetic, creative, and detail-oriented. She will do what it takes to make your project a success, and your project will come out 100 times better than if you did not use TVL.

Superb!! I worked with TVL Creative for a major renovation of our kitchen, master bathroom, and main floor bathroom. This was my first time doing a renovation and I couldn't have asked for better people to work with on these projects. They took away any nervousness I had about the renovation. Crystal was very detailed and creative and on top of every idea, decision, delivery, install, etc. She was in constant communication with me and I never felt as though I didn't know what was going on. She also made sure we stayed within my budget. My contractor, Ian, was also just as impeccable. My projects started the day they said they would and ended on the day they said they would. He was extremely thorough and did everything the right way. He did not take short cuts on anything. I did not have any of the horror stories or surprises that you hear about from other renovations. They are truly genuine, honest, trustworthy, and extremely hard working people. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so. In fact, I will be hiring them again for more home projects to come. Hire them now! You will not be disappointed.

We had the privilege to work with Crystal at TLV Creative for the remodel of our main floor which included the kitchen, family room, and living room and also our upper level master bathroom. Prior to this experience, I had never worked with a designer. Crystal was an absolute pleasure to work with. Besides being very kind and supportive, she also clearly knows her stuff. Our home transformed from dark and dated to cozy and fresh. Crystal not only listened to our wishes and desires but she also was bold with her suggestions and recommendations that she knew would improve the project. She was cognizant of our budget and worked well with our contractor. Crystal has beautiful artistic talent and is overall a fun, warm, and supportive person to work with during the quite stressful endeavor of a major remodel. I highly recommend Crystal and her team. We could not be happier with how our home turned out!

My wife and I have worked with TVL for years. We selected them after having several design teams submit proposals. Their work was very professional, comprehensive and beautiful. We have a four phase project worth over 250K ongoing with TVL. I know that 250K sounds like a lot, but, the two overall bids came in at over 400K, Because TVL was creative and flexible, we have been able to divide the work up between teams and do some of the work ourselves to keep costs down. TVL was very helpful in that process and we were able to realize our dreams with a cost that we could afford. Phase 1 is done and Phase 4 almost done. Phase 1 was converting three bedrooms and two baths into a master suite, office and two new baths. The results were nothing less than spectacular. I highly recommend TVL. Phase 2 (just starting) will convert the family room, outdoors covered deck, kitchen and stairwell into an integrated living space with modern kitchen island, gas cooktop and hood. (Kinda hard to describe, but, it's going from a 70's design to a "house of your dreams" thing.) TVL made that happen. Full Project photos on the way.

My husband and I were very pleased with the professionalism displayed by Crystal Russell. She was attentive to our requests, our budget, and allowed us to ask multiple questions. She always provided good information and advice. We love our new bathroom design. I waited to post this recommendation for several months to see if we were still in love with the bathroom and the answer is MOST DEFINITELY yes. Crystal has excellent customer service skills and she was very tactful when intervening between contractor and us. By her efforts we are committed to using a designer for future home remodeling endeavors as she opened our eyes to the possibilities that lay before us.

Each member of TVL Creative has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Besides having incredibly great sense of style, they create the most amazing renderings that I've ever seen and understand the construction process.

TVL Creative (specifically Ashley and our contractor, Ian) were amazing! They took what was a disaster of a space (our kitchen) which we avoided at all costs, and turned it into the center of home and our most social space. Ashley had terrific ideas which kept the integrity of our historic home, but brought it into the 21st century. She met and exceeded all of our expectations and Ian's work completely realized her vision. Not only that, but every deadline was met, budgets were kept, and we literally could not be happier with the results! Thank you TVL!

Any remodeling project poses a potentially major strain on time, money, and peace of mind, no matter the size. TVL Creative provided my husband and me a level of service and support that made our project not only survivable, but successful far beyond our expectations, through creativity, communication, problem-solving, follow-through, and commitment to the highest possible standards. To start, Ashley C. met with us to explore what we envisioned for our project. She listened carefully, offered feedback (including gentle re-direction when our ideas weren’t practical or appropriate) and then provided us with renderings that perfectly captured what we wanted. Once we made a commitment to TVL, Ashley provided us with several options for contractors and subcontractors. The people with whom we met were knowledgeable and experienced, and their pricing was competitive and reasonable. We were able to begin our project in a timely manner. The final plan for our project included popcorn ceiling removal on two floors (including vaulted living room ceiling,) lowering of a 6” raised living room floor, installation of recessed lighting in two rooms, new kitchen island with pendant lighting, new half bath, new paint for walls and doors on the first and second floors, hardwood floor installation on the first floor, new carpet on the second floor, 88’ of custom steel railings for the loft and staircase, new wood stairway risers, a new fireplace mantel and insert. Estimated timeline was two months. After the work began, Ashley directly supervised our progress via site visits every other day. As glitches arose, she was quick to respond. She set up a meeting with one subcontractor, helped us articulate our concerns, and added in her observations. In another instance, we texted her after 5 pm on a Monday when we noticed a light fixture wasn’t level. She texted the contractor, who contacted the electrician, who arrived at our door on Tuesday by 4 pm to fix it. Ashley and I worked together to select all finishes, including paint, stain, carpet, tile and hardwood flooring. In addition, she helped me shop for furnishings including rugs, light fixtures, faucets, door hardware, and recycled barn wood. She handled all ordering and materials, and followed up if items were delayed. Everything but the steel railings was finished in less than two months, and those were only delayed for a couple of weeks. Now that it’s done, my husband and I can’t believe the incredible change in our house. We feel like we’re living in a design magazine photo spread! We couldn’t be happier with the results and the process.
