These ladies clearly love what they do -- and are so much fun, you'll want to hang out with both of them! With their wonderful, balanced eyes, they are able to come up with so many ideas that I never would have myself. I love bright colors, and they worked with me on incorporating them into a very tricky, formal room. Great combo of fun and sophistication.

We loved working with Twelve Chairs. My husband and I chose their Personalized Design Package. We had a very challenging living /dining room space in our condo and needed expect advice on the size of furniture, layout and color scheme. MIggy and Roisin opened our eyes to the beauty of our place that we have taken for granted over the years. Twelve chairs offered us a design that was stylishly practical, comfy and cozy and within our budget. I would highly recommend Twelve Chairs as we had a very pleasant experience. We fell in love with our place again all because of them!

I was so happy I hired Twelve Chairs to do an in home consultation in my new condo. I took all of their suggestions and was thrilled with the results. They made the most of the space and incorporated my style into the finished product. My home is beautiful thanks to these two very talented ladies. I look forward to working with them again!

We've hired Twelve Chairs for multiple projects over the past three years. The first large project involved constructing a kitchen island around a large pre-existing fireplace, and adding an activity wall for the kids in an adjoining sunroom. Their design was much more creative than what we could have come up with ourselves, and they did a fine job of ensuring the contractors delivered on the construction. Our second large project involved the full design and decoration of our living rooms. We gave them a larger budget with this one and the results are fantastic. The end result respects the historical character of the house without seeming stuffy or mismatched with our young family. Aside from these we've occasionally consulted with them on individual pieces in other parts of the house, paint colors, etc. They're easy to work with and always professional. Definitely recommended.

First off, if you're questioning whether to hire Twelve Chairs, don't. They are fabulous! They will work with your space, budget and aesthetic and they always provide two options to choose from. They are very transparent and responsive. And they have built up a network of contractors and workers who were a pleasure to have in my space and, most importantly, did a great job. I hired Twelve Chairs with a somewhat modest budget to remodel our dining room and create a dining room/play/storage room. We live in a brownstone on the garden level so light was an issue and the space was not cookie cutter (the walls, floors, etc. are uneven)... basically, the space was a challenge. They understood my vision and the final product was even better than what I could have ever imagined. The room went from a space that we hardly ever used, to a room that we now live in... my toddler has claimed it as his own! If/when we have another design project we will not hesitate to work with Twelve Chairs again.

Miggy and Roisin are wonderful to work with. We hired them to help us with a formal living and dining room. They worked with our limited budget to incorporate existing pieces creatively and helped us get the most bang for our buck. The end result is stunning, we enjoy it every day. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

Twelve Chairs, led by Miggy and Roisin, led and executed an interior design project for a kitchen and master bedroom. They understood our requirements (e.g., durable enough to survive dogs and young children!) and presented us with beautiful and creative options. The design process was fun and I continue to be thrilled with the results.
