We loved working with Underfoot for our hardwood floor purchase and installation. They were very professional and prompt in returning emails/calls. They had exactly the product we were looking for (pravada african walnut) for our bedroom and had excellent suggestions for our living/dining and family room areas -- natural and dark maple -- which complemented the existing design in the rest of our house. Installation was done in a very reasonable timeframe and at a time that was convenient to our family. I would not hesitate to work with Underfoot and their installers next time we need flooring.

We had a wonderful, stress-free experience purchasing carpet for most of our house from Under Foot. The project scope included Under Foot supplying and installing carpet for our entire upper floor with 3 bedrooms along with two staircases and landings. The process involved Larry bringing samples to our home of a variety of carpet styles and prices, along with making recommendations and communicating well throughout the decision-making process. Larry was patient with us, leaving samples with us to help make our choice. Larry accommodated our desire to do the rip-out and disposal ourselves to save some money. We decided to go with a Canadian carpet with which we are very pleased. The carpet looks absolutely beautiful and we have had many compliments and requests for information as to where we sourced it. We are more than happy to let everyone know that Under Foot is our recommendation. Thanks Larry!

Great company to deal with! If you want the care and consideration you get from small companies but the convenience of big city location, then this is the company to call. Bookings and completion were all done with in the timeline specified and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before finalizing on the complete payment.
