I certainly agree with the great reviews for this furniture and design center. No sales pressure, just kind people like Shauna who helped me with fabric ideas for my new couch, and she showed me rugs options to match. Pricing is reasonable and most of all the service was exceptional. I'm happy I found this jewel in Downtown Sac!

My mom had a very serious surgery where she had 5 vertebrae in her neck fused last year and we were in desperate need of an electric reclining chair for her since a regular recliner could have caused severe damage to her healing spine if it came back up to hard. I ended up going to Urban 57 since it was close to the hospital and Shauna was able to find us a perfect chair at a great price and also to get all of our delivery and set up done for us so that I had one less thing to stress about while taking care of my mom. We are definitely customers for life!

Being a designer I like to have my clients be able to see, touch and feel what they are looking for....and Urban 57 is just the right fit. I have many happy clients and they are quick to solve any problem, if it might occur .....not often but shipping can be a problem some of the time.....Happy New Year...let 2020 be as good as 19 was ... The designer charged me $150 to create a plan for me. She never did come up with anything. Never got back to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I would give a ZERO star if at all possible

Urban 57 did a very good job in helping us find a large sectional unit and chairs, and later (for this project and others) a lamp and some area rugs. (They will always let you take rugs home to try out, which is great.) They are especially good when you bring photos and color samples into the store, helping you put together a cohesive and attractive room when you have items you are keeping as well as items you need to buy. We appreciated being helped to find seating we found comfortable. Two minor issues: the design service was not particularly helpful. In the end, a family member designed the layout we used. And they underestimated the delivery time by several months. That is frustrating. It is not their fault that companies take their time in manufacturing and shipping -- but they need to be more realistic and they need to keep you informed. Finally, don't be put off by the fact that the store is small. There is a lot more to choose from than you might think, in various price ranges, plus books of items like coffee tables that you select by sight.

Robyn and the team at Urban 57 did a terrific job helping me design and furnish my house. Together, we were able to find the right style and look at a price that was well-within my budget. The process was easy and the furniture was delivered in a timely manner. I'll be turning to Urban 57 for future projects.

We've been working with Robyn at Urban 57 for a few months now. We purchased a new flat and needed an entirely new look. A large open concept space, we started with the dining room and office and will continue through to the living room. Robyn has been essential in creating the transition from traditional to more contemporary. As a seasoned professional she takes design planning very seriously. The entire team at Urban 57 has been available to answer questions, check deliveries and offer suggestions. It was a pleasant surprise when we learned Urban 57 also offered window coverings and custom-made/sized carpets both of which we incorporated into our project. Their design center is full of options and they always have unique pieces on the floor for consideration. We have referred others to this shop as it is one of the only uniquely inviting furniture stores in the local area. No hesitation about their professionalism, accessibility and fabulous design capabilities.

If you haven't checked out Urban 57, then make sure you do!! There is a huge variety of decor that is bound to catch your eye and match your style. The assistant, Christina has an amazing eye for putting various pieces together and bringing colors, shapes & style to life!!!
